I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus. It was my first time at Lexus and I was impressed by the sales approach, low key pitch and overall friendliness and feeling you get. In particular my salesman, Benjamin, was excellent. He was very up front, not a lot of pressure, and so accommodating. He even let me take the car home for my wife to see and try it out.
Once purchased again the dealer made the whole process very seamless and not stressful at all. They treat you like a real client not just another body. Lots of value-add here for what you spend.

What really impressed me was that they gave us an hour hands-on training. These cars are complicated technology machines so you need help. Rene was so nice, clear, and helpful. Again you can ask anytime for a refresher or email questions.
