I have been very impressed with the whole Lexus on the Park customer service team, especially sales rep Cedric Meschino, who went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my needs, and Christine Nam, who gave me superb instructions on how to navigate the great technology in my RX 350.

This is my second RX 350, which I purchased because my first, which I still drive with 190,000 km, has been such a solid, maintenance-free vehicle. My one complaint is that it hasn t stopped raining since I bought my new RX and I refuse to drive it in the rain!
