Well organized. The on-site cafeteria is a nice touch. The cafeteria is Wi-Fi ready and serves fresh food. It is a comfortable place to sit around and wait. Also noticed a few TVs around the room. The only drawback is you have to exit the Lexus building and walk across the parking lot outside to the Toyota building get to it which is tricky in slippery and inclement weather. Lots of attendants that keep you informed of the status of the work. As with all Lexus the work is a little pricey but they seem thorough.
