"We went to Lexus on the park for the first time, to meet Shaun, not expecting to buy the car in three hours. We made an appointment and he called and gave a text to confirm the appointment before we came at 9 a.m.. The car was ready for us to look at, and had someone in service to look at our trade-in knowing that we didn't have that much time. His combination of professionalism and friendliness was perfect. We bought the car that we came to look at.
