This 5 star was earned by Fadi Zaatar. Lexus on the park as a dealership was nice and people were friendly... But Fadi was absolutely amazing to deal with. After emailing the dealership about a car i was interested in Fadi called within the hour and was able to give me all the answers I was looking for. When a issue came up with my trade in Fadi was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't stressed out and assured me that he will "make sure I go home in a beautiful new car". And to top it off he even got me a touch up pen for any paint repairs needed.. So if you go to lexus on the park. Do yourself a huge favor and ask for Fadi Zaatar if you're ever in the market for a Lexus.
