My wife and I attended another Lexus deal in York Region and were totally ignored so we decided to visit Lexus on the Park instead. It was a great experience from the moment we stepped out of our car. We were greeted by a young lady as soon as we entered the building who escorted us to the lounge area for a coffee while she went to get a sales associate for us. His name was Benjamin and he was truly a gentleman. He was able to answer all our questions and to provide us with several options to fill our needs. We decided on an RX350 and are delighted with our choice. We were also introduced to the Sales Manager Sean as well as Stefani the Financial Services Manager both of whom went out of their way to be sure that the process as well as the vehicle were exactly what we wanted. Last but not least, we met with Josie on the day we picked up the car and she did a great job of explaining the various features of the car and in follow up with us to be sure that we were happy with our purchase.

I would not hesitate to recommend Benjamin and the team at Lexus on the Park to anyone. In fact, I have shared their contact information with a number of people already.
