We had a great experience buying our RX350 here. Cedric was very helpful and the management team were very friendly. A few months later when I brought the car for winter tire fitting and the service was excellent. The one complain I have is that their service department is a little slow in responding to phone calls, I had to call a few times before someone actually helped me. Next time however I used their website to book an appointment and everything was very smooth.
