This place is impossible to call, email or get a hold of anyone there in parts department!
I ordered a part for a 2015 Lexus RX350 it was the fake plastic piece on the drivers door that pretends to be chrome. I gave them the VIN number to the exact car that was purchased at this dealership and they gave me the wrong part. I also emailed them a picture of the part to verify the exact part I was talking about. With 2 days of emailing and a phone calling and leaving messages there is nobody to rectify this problem!!!!!!
I can't believe this customer lack of service!
