Received an email about vehicle due for service. Trusted and booked an appointment thinking it is an oil change as vehicle is at 25k. Never advised by anyone when dropping off the vehicle what was exactly being done on the vehicle even though it was clearly mentioned the vehicle was in for an oil change when it was dropped off. Another mistake trusting too much. Went to pick up the vehicle and was charged $93.60 + $23 for rental vehicle as it took them 5 hours to rotate tires. When I picked up the vehicle no one clarified again what was done. Had to ask the cashier what was done and then she stated tire rotation and inspection. Service was great till last visit but not sure what happened here. Worse yet when I complained they stopped responding completely. Bit sad to let your customer drop like this just because I brought a concern to your attention. Not to rip people off but be straight forward and honest. So that said when you go there ask exactly what is being done and if you are ok with what they are charging you then that's fine. Even if they are running around busy take your time and don't let them rush you. Very upset with the communication break down and just dropping the customer as I complained. Keep this up and you will always be looking for customers. Easiest ones to keep are the ones that are already at your doorsteps.
