My overall experience at Lexus of Richmondhill was amazing. My sales representative Luiza was outstanding. I had purchased a lexus once before, but the customer service is uncomparable to Lexus of Richmondhill. Every single detail had been broken down to me and when i had recieved my car, Luiza made sure to break down every detail about servicing, the car itself, the stereo system and all the features that came with the car. Even showed me what to do incase of an accident and all of my options. She put so much effort into making my experience there unforgettable and was kind enough to surprise me with a big red bow ontop of the car. Her service was amazing from the beginning. Very professional and a lot of body language!
