Thank you to Dillon from Sales and Jak from Service for making our family's first Lexus purchase and maintenance a great one. Dillion approached us in a very friendly and professional manner. He asked us what we wanted and he was able to deliver. Jak installed our winter tires on the car. The great thing is, not only did he just install the tires but he also made sure the car was in perfect condition. The car was clean both inside and OUT. He also wrapped my old tires in plastic bag and even put them inside the car. If anyone needs service done, go to Lexus RH and look for Jak, his service and customer service will not disappoint.
