It has been over a month since we had purchased our brand new Lexus from Michael Tauro. I am very impressed with high professionalism and knowledge that Michael had shown throughout our experience at the Lexus of Richmond Hill dealership. Michael has been very responsive to our questions and any issues we had along the way. He went above and beyond in answering to all our concerns and also acted upon it.
