The wife and I purchased a 2013 Lexus ES 350 From Kumar.
Absolutely the worst service, dishonesty, integrity, and the worst after sales service.
We negotiated a deal where in the first year, all oil changes were covered by the dealership. When I asked how many, the assistant used car manager Kasra (who's no longer there, surprise!) said "unlimited." I advised him that I do like to change the oil earlier than what the manufacturer recommends, just to keep the engine healthier. To which he said "all covered by us in the first year." In order to close the deal, we asked for another $1,000 off to make a customer for life. He went into some room, came back after 10 minutes, and told us to meet him half way; and he offered one extra oil change instead of the $1,000 discount. We agreed because he made sense of explaining that they did not have the room to discount the vehicle further. I asked him to put this into the contract, in writing, to which he responded "no need, we leave direct note in our system, which I have done already, and they'll know what to do when you come in. This is how Lexus works." We signed the contract and purchased the vehicle.
Not even a year has passed, and already they are not honoring our deal, because there are no notes on the system or the contract!
I have the dispute launched with head office!
A word of caution: ANY DEAL YOU MAKE, ENSURE YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING ON THE SALE BILL! (i.e. how many free oil changes)
