I had gone in with my dad to shop for a new car, with no real intention of getting one that day, as we were comparing a few brands. Fadi was assigned to us and was a breath of fresh air in how he handled our questions and queries. After a bit of back and forth we were able to secure a great deal and got the car that we were looking for. Fadi's mannerisms and professionalism was great, yet he also made it feel personal.
