I walked into this dealership with my 2 kids and wife. plan was to trade my car for a lexus SUV. I might add that it was on a day that I just finished cutting my grass

The entire sales team judges by looks and so no one approached and when I look around they pretended that they were busy o avoid eye contact.

I turned around and left this dealership and Lexus as a previous Lexus owner.
