Horrible experience purchasing from Lexus rh. They didn't get things done right holding my fund over 2 months. I have tried to email the GM or customer service manager no one willing to reply. On the day I picked up my brand new Rx 350 L same day they called me back asked me to pay extra money. It's just horrible to buy a car here. Take your business to another Lexus dealership.
