My husband and I went to Kuni Lexus & was greeted warmly by Jeremy Charmak. He was without a doubt so helpful & knowledgeable we were put at ease right away. He took the time to answer our question's without us feeling as though we were taking up his time. We, at no time felt we were being rushed into a decision we would later regret. As we were signing final paperwork ( around midnight) Jeremy was so exceptional in his attention to us, made sure our car instament's were set to our desire's, even setting our "home" direction, so we got home safely. What an amazing experience!! Don't take my word for it, come check them out for yourself, and ask for Jeremy Charmak, he is simply amazing.

I have bought many vehicles in my life, but my experience with Awad Warfeley (Sales) and Ian Kim (Financial Manager) was above and beyond. They both had jovial personalities. We bought a first vehicle for my son. Awad has such a kind heart. We were at the dealership late after they were closed. After we purchased the vehicle, my son was struggling to figure out how to get the Bluetooth to connect to his phone. Awad was leaving to go to his home, but he saw my son struggling. He came over and spent approximately 20 minutes figuring out the connection. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Nicole DuBravac is probably the most patient sales associate on the planet. I first met her 2.5 yrs ago when I started thinking about upgrading my older Lexus. Over the past 2.5 yrs, she saw me through multiple test drives, a loaner, and finally (!) a decision and purchase. We were early for our appointment because we drive over 1 1/2 hours and we never can tell about the traffic. We were met my a very nice young man who made us feel welcome and it was no problem we were early. We were then shown to a. Service advisor Summer. She was so friendly and very competent. She secured our loaner car and got us on our way. She kept in contact with us by text. When we returned she explained everything done and invited us to return and gave us chocolates! I do appreciate the excellent service!

Kuni performed some vehicle maintenance for me recently. I'm usually a DIY guy and generally loathe the idea of getting service at a dealership. That being said, I've had very good experiences at Kuni Lexus. Don Smith is the service department is great. I trust Don to give me good, honest advice. Drop off was easy, my loaner was nice, and they turned my car around same day. When I picked up my vehicle it had been cleaned, the gas tank was full, and I got some chocolates. I appreciate those things and I believe that Kuni is going above and beyond to earn my business. In terms of pricing, Kuni ain't the cheapest but their fees are competitive and their technicians do solid work.

I've bought two cars from Kuni and this is the second time our Lexus has been serviced there. I would absolutely do business with both the retail and service departments in the future and have and will recommend them to others.

I've always had a great experience getting my maintenance done at the Kuni dealership. If there is any delay, they are quick to offer me a rental. They always notify me of anything that comes up outside of the original work. I would definitely recommend them for any Lexus maintenance or repair work.

I'm sure everyone at Kuni Lexus of Portland is wonderful, but our sales agent, Jeneva, is even more wonderful! She's genuine, great to talk to, and she made our purchase much faster and smoother than any vehicle we've purchased before. Due to our schedule, we came late in the evening, but she made it possible so that we can test drive the RX 350 that we wanted, processed our trade in vehicle and drive home with the new one!

Jeneva took time to talk to our talkative 5yr old that we brought along while we were doing the paperwork, which I really appreciate because I have noticed many agents don't often do that.

She took time on her weekends to reply back to my requests that I had texted her about, which is my bad, but it was nice of her to do so. She tried her best to talk to management to fulfill my requests even though she could've just rejected, and I would've understand. I tend to make minor requests and adjustments after making a purchase, not because I'm demanding, but I'd like to see how professional the agent is. And let me tell you, Jeneva is the one to talk to!

If you decide to make your next purchase at this dealership, I would highly recommend Jeneva. You'll get absolutely nothing but great experience from her!

Now, I'm just waiting for the time I take my car in for service to see if Kuni Lexus of Portland offers the full experience.

I also have to give a high five to Matt in the sales department as my wife purchased the car and said that he was great to work with. My third Lexus purchased from them and have never had a bad experience in sales or service.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Jeremy Rupp and the entire dealership at Lexus of Portland. It has been 2 months since we bought our car and I love it!. Jeremy made the experience so very nice, easy and never pressured or uncomfortable. Everyday when I get in the car I am reminded of how very pleasant the buying experience was and actually look forward to our next purchase. Let's not forget the actual paper work and Ryon (regretfully, I can't remember his last name), he was so very nice and again, no pressure to extend services. Explained all our option clearly and precise. Then there is Jarrod Marini, with technology in today's vehicles, he walked me through the systems and made it easy and clear to understand. Our experience has been so great, we will be back when it is time to upgrade.

Went to Kuni because my car had a slight shimmy that comes on around 60mph and smoothes out around 70mph. I heard they have a road force balancing machine so I went there to get my tires balanced. They manage to squeeze me in the same day which was nice. I waited for about 2.5 hours and they told me that all 4 wheels were unbalanced and balanced them for me. However the next day when I drove at highway speeds the shake was worse! It came on around 55 and would persist till 75-80. I looked on my wheel with the rear view mirror and at around 60mph I could see the wheel was a bit wobbly. As I was a bit far away and couldn't schedule another appointment with them in time, I took the car to a local tire shop and they balance it for me again with road force. They found that the 2 tires were very unbalanced and was able to adjust with the road force machine. On the drive back the car was definitely smoother.

Also, incidentally, as they told me my powersteering fluid was dirty during the inspection, I decided to replace my powersteering fluid. I found that they took out all the bolts for the powersteering cover but never put them back on so now I have no bolts left on the plastic cover and it's just hanging there (see pictures).

Overall, I'm impressed by the customer service and the waiting area amenities. And I was happy that they offer a complimentary inspection and car wash. However, when it comes to the actual task / reason I brought my car in, I was not as impressed. Whatever adjustment they did made the drive noticeably worse and I had to endure a long shaky trip. Also, if you take bolts out, please put them back in. Now I have spend extra time sourcing for them.

Our salesperson was Charle Wilson. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Explained everything well and was very professional. He was not pushy didn t seem to mind the time he spent with us or any of our questions or concerns. In fact he stayed well after closing to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the car. It was the best experience we have ever had buying a car ( this was the 17 th car we have bought In the last 40 years). We will be highly recommending Charles and Kuni Lexus to our friends and Family.

I will never go to this place again after years of oil changes. Horrible experience with purchasing a vehicle. Lana Tran, completely unprofessional, rude and did not understand my concerns. She actually got into an argument with the Jeff Miller, one of the service consultants in from of me. The GM never even responded to my email after the incident. Never stepping in this place again. I wish I can give it 0 stars!!!

I can't speak highly enough about this dealership and, in particular, the salesman we worked with Jeremy Charmak. We live in Bend and had a fairly unusual situation where my wife's car broke down on Mt Hood while she was driving alone back from PDX. We were already considering buying a new car but hadn't set a timeframe, this seemed like a sign haha. While waiting for a tow truck I found a listing for a car we liked, called the Kuni Lexus dealership and worked with Jeremy who gave me a very fair price over the phone on a certified Lexus. He sent a car to pick my wife up, brought her to the dealership (over 3 hours drive round trip) and she drove a new car home within a couple of hours. Their prices are great (better than any price I could find within 500 miles on a comparable vehicle), no nonsense sales tactics or haggling and they worked with us to make a pretty stressful event super simple. There's a reason this dealership is so highly recommended. Thanks to everyone there and Jeremy, you're a champ.

We have had nothing but excellent experiences at Kuni Lexus of Portland. From the moment we purchased our Lexus in 2016, to every single maintenance visit, our experiences have always been pleasant. Today, due to COVID-19, we tried the valet pick-up from our home for our regular service appointment. Jonathan picked up our car, had it serviced, and it was back in our driveway within 2.5 hours -- way quicker than we anticipated. Communication is outstanding, and everyone we have interacted with has been kind and helpful.

Nice waiting room. We came in to have them investigate why car alarm goes off randomly. Their Tech's couldn't find it. Ended up being talked into high dollar repairs.to be scheduled. They tried to convince us a leaky crank seal was a safety issue I just wanted the alarm to stop going off. Found it was tab of carpet keeping trunk lid switch. Open.The crank seal will get resolved on total engine swap. I dislike posting neg. Reviews. You have to listen to customers. Not upsell.

Came to get my Lexus serviced. Great customer service, not so great stay. The complementary food is great. The environment? Not so much. It was pretty cold inside, but I was wearing a jacket. I forgot to charge my laptop before coming and found myself hunting for a power outlet, barely able to find one. Internet (Wi-Fi) constantly stopped working. Beats other dealerships though!

Turns out that it needs a new timing belt. Will be coming back

So Friendly came to buy one RX 350 the paper work was ready to go , At the last minute we change or mind . While in the car getting to know everything about it, I seen a different RX 350 it look so much more aggressive well I ask my sale guy if it was for sale and it was, we took the RX 350 F Sport for a test drive know problem they cancel the previous sale and wrote the new one, up and the rest is history.

In November of 2013, I purchased a 2005 Saab 9-2x Aero from sales rep, Daniel Okhotin. Thinking that I was buying this vehicle from a Lexus dealer, I expected an honest experience where I would be purchasing a car that required little repairs off the lot. Daniel ensured that my car was fully inspected by the Kuni Service center and "passed inspection with great results." Furthermore, Kuni insured the vehicle with their K Certified Limited Powertrain Warranty. With this, I purchased the vehicle.

Almost immediately after I drove the car home to Colorado, it became apparent that my newly purchased car had a significant gas leak between the hard and soft fuel lines. The leak was so bad that I could not drive the car due to the over-nauseating amount of fumes entering the cabin. I notified Daniel immediately and he offered no resolution because leaking fuel lines are not covered on the limited powertrain warranty. The cost of this repair? $550.

I recently took my car to a specialist here in Colorado because my radiator had cracked and my water pump malfunctioned. To my dismay, when the mechanics opened up my engine, they found that my timing belt was 10 years old. The factory owners manual REQUIRES that the timing belt is replaced without question at the 8-year mark. Daniel and Kuni Lexus sold me the vehicle at 9 years since production date.

I reached out to Daniel recently and he completely dismissed my request to have Kuni pay for the replacement of the timing belt stating that my if my vehicle's timing ripped it wouldn't harm the engine, therefore, it was not a necessary repair prior to sale. The fact of the matter is that if my timing belt did rip, not only would it damage the engine, but it would also not be covered by the K Certified Warranty because I did not "perform the mandatory required maintenance on the vehicle." The cost of this repair?? $1,200!!

How am I as the buyer, who has been guaranteed by the seller, supposed to know that the 9-year old timing belt was neglected in the "Safety Inspection" when it was a factory-issued mandatory maintenance repair at 8 years of age?

So now, I am sitting with a car that I have been forced to put around $2500 (new water pump, new radiator, new timing belt, new fuel lines) of repairs into that came directly out of my pocket. So much for a honest dealership with great warranty, huh? I have all title information, shop claims and invoices to back up this entire horrible experience.

I just bought a 2012 Prius from Kuni Lexus of Portland & loved the experience! I spent 2 days test driving numerous cars w/ various dealerships, and happened to be just driving by the Lexus dealership. I noticed a few Prius's in the lot, so I pulled in...and am so glad I did! Brett Day was the consummate professional very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in (despite it being a Toyota rather than a Lexus:-), & never once pushing me to buy the car (which is what I'd encountered at several other dealerships). I felt that his goal was truly to determine my needs and educate me on the vehicle I most desired. Thank you Brett & Kuni for a great experience!

I came to Lexus of Portland to take care of recall item and had a wonderful experience! Bill was very attentive! Got the car fixed, inspected and on top of it, drove a new 2007 RX, got my car cleaned, fuelled up and got delicious chocolates!

Update- after this upsetting call, a manager called me to fix the situation. We made an appt, and in 5 hours, my car was fixed and cleaned. They even sent me a video of my inspection and they didn't try to sell me anything. I changed my rating based on the actual service, which was excellent.

I was sent two recall notices for a low fuel sensor. Both letters detailed how this recall can cause sudden engine failure and possible death. I tried to fix this recall at Beaverton Lexus, but I cannot make an appt because they have no record of my recall notice. I pray that my engine doesn't die while I am traveling on I5. Thanks, Paxton, my "service" representative. I would give -10 stars if I could. TERRIBLE, DEATH-CAUSING SERVICE

I am a first time buyer, and naturally before making a first time vehicle purchase I did my homework, research, and mentally prepared myself to walk away from any, and all dealerships that attempted to take advantage of me. Over the course of two long months I had been put through the worst car buying experience imaginable. Dealership after dealership I was unsatisfied with the unwelcoming environments, unprofessional sales people, and the aggressive approach of making a sale. Just as I was thinking of giving up, I found Kuni lexus of Portland. I would like to especially thank sales consultant Jeneva Keller, and Debra Alexander in financing for their genuine kindness and welcoming hospitality. It was obvious to me that unlike my other experiences they were there to help me in every way they could. I highly recommend these two as well as this dealership for those looking for the best car buying experience.

We were driving from Tacoma WA to Sacramento California for our friends wedding, on the way we started to have some mechanical problems with our car we stopped to check the problem at Lexus of Portland, The service department took the car to run diagnostics and gave us a loner so we could go to lunch, 40 min letter they called and give us an estimate to fix our car and because it was going to take some time to fix it they offered us a loner 4 wheel drive SUV at no charge so we can go to Sacramento and back, we had awesome on our trip all Thanks to Matt Iburg our service consultant for arranging everything,

Few days latter on way back we pickup our car all fixed up, washed, clean and filled up ready to go,

Daniel Okhotin is one of the most low-pressure car salesmen I've ever encountered. Although I haven't bought from him yet, he definitely deserves my business. He's really down-to-earth and makes you feel comfortable with the entire process. He's elite in his field and I'd recommend him highly. Ask him about his knowledge of romance languages while you're at it!

My husband and I decided to visit Lexus on a Friday afternoon, and met with Bergen Allee after my husband had inquired about trading in his 2005 Lexus ES. We stopped in unannounced and met Bergen. Bergen was instantly someone we liked, who listened to our ideas and began working on a solution to our needs. She is very impressive with her warm personality and her knowledge of all Lexus products. We left Friday due to a previous commitment and returned Saturday to sign papers and finish the transaction. We were planning on buying a Lexus for my husband and an MDX for myself when we walked into Lexus. We ended up walking away with two Lexus vehicles. Bergen made that happen. I would strongly recommend Bergen for anyone looking for a Lexus.

Everyone we dealt with at Lexus was very nice. Chris Shaw was our sales rep.we really had a lot of fun with him, along with Mark, Maren & Shawn.. Everyone was very down to earth and seem to enjoy their jobs, we didn't feel any pressure. Chris really took time to work with us and visit with us as we waited for pricing and availability. We came in just before the end of the year, I told Chris I wanted a white or Silver car with black interior he drove us around the lot looking for one in stock. It turned out they didn't have one and it had to be ordered which meant delivery after the 1st of the year. We wanted to lease the car and were concerned that the monthly lease rate may change after the 1st of the year. Mark was very good at explaining how leasing works (I'd never leased before) and took the time to assure us that any increase would be minimal if any at all. So we tentatively agreed, based on the new years figures. We talked with Chris after the New Year and he confirmed that the prices would not be going up. The car arrived yesterday a Silver ES 350. Chris met us and introduced us to Maren who walked me through all the controls on the inside of the car....whew (that will take sometime to remember ) but she assured me I could call her anytime. I also want to thank Shawn who guided us through the signing of the lease papers. It was a pleasant & fun experience working with all of you. Chris.....we're lov'n the chocolates !!

Matt our salesperson was helpful and we did not feel pressured to purchase. We took a test drive with several models and he answered our questions well. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with out purchase. We were able to stay within our budget and are completely satisfied with our RX 350!

He was extremely helpful in assisting us with everything--from choosing the right vehicle to working through the price negotiations. I feel like he went above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. He genuinely wants you to be happy and comfortable with your purchase and is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Lexus brand. I asked the person who was helping me about something I heard that BMW offers their clients while thier car is being serviced.(pre covid). I asked if Lexus does the same.(chair massage) He laughed at me and told me someone was pulling my leg. This was a trusted person who told me this. I was offended by that. Plus I asked him what an $8 a month subscription had to offer and he never told me. He did not know. Also the young man who was to help me with my app. seemed annoyed to be asked to help me, I figured it out on my own.

Alan Hardie is your go-to guy. He is thorough, responds in a timely manner, great problem solver, and very understanding in regards to the money you have to spend at times. He is always willing to help find a deal (if possible). I have had nothing but great experiences with Lexus customer service in general. We bought ours in LA and had great experiences and we just relocated to Portland and have had great experiences.
