I asked the person who was helping me about something I heard that BMW offers their clients while thier car is being serviced.(pre covid). I asked if Lexus does the same.(chair massage) He laughed at me and told me someone was pulling my leg. This was a trusted person who told me this. I was offended by that. Plus I asked him what an $8 a month subscription had to offer and he never told me. He did not know.
