Went in to mainly get my service light off. They said i needed my 60k service. (Luckily i bought the warranty) Didn't want to spend my whole day there as we had prior plans. They offered loaner car. Made me feel good as i thought it was offered to "VIP" customers. Not a customer who bought a used car. There's always nice people there
