I recently went on a trip with an outbound division of a famous travel company. The entire experience was great! The tour was well-organized, the guide was friendly, and the destinations were amazing. I highly recommend booking a tour with them!
Overall, my experience with Famous World Tours was just average. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the itinerary felt rushed. The accommodations were clean, but not very comfortable. I expected more from a well-known travel company.

Despite some initial hiccups, Famous World Tours managed to impress me. The tour guide went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. I particularly enjoyed the cultural insights shared during the tour. Definitely worth the money!
Our recent experience of this company was dreadful. We were in Singapore this January 2020 and had booked a trip to Sentosa for the afternoon. We were towards the end of a successful tour of Asia booked through a separate company who were using Asian Famous Tours and Travel PTE Ltd to facilitate this trip to Sentosa. Asian Famous Tours and Travel PTE Ltd failed to issue us with e-tickets for the Sky Pass (cable car ) to Sentosa or for the 2 other attractions at Sentosa well before our pick up time.
The driver was due to collect us at our hotel at 2.30pm. Shortly before the tour we still had not received the information re the outstanding tickets but after several phone calls eventually got e-tickets by a Whatsapp message 14 minutes before pick up at our hotel. The driver's English was very poor but he wrote a note telling us he would collect us at 9.15pm. We found we could not change the ticket for the Wings of Time attraction to the earlier showing and would have had 5 minutes to get to our return ride. We discovered our driver could not change the original time for our collection. We decided to get our own taxi back to the hotel well before it got dark, as retirees we were not interested in the park in general and would have had several wasted hours before our final attraction entry time.
Would not advise tourists to use this company.
The tour operator in Singapore Ms Roshini works for Asian Tours and Travel was very rude to us.
Moreover even though we booked a 4star hotel which was confirmed by SOTC that yes Moon 23 Hotel on Dickson Road is equivalent to Ramada Singapore it was a Boutique hotel and we faced many difficulties in that hotel.
I was kept in dark till the time I checked in to my hotel and when we talked to Mr Arun which is the 24 hours emergency contact in Singapore, he told us that we should have informed him before check-in.
Plus when we reached Universal Studios on 31st of May, the ticket provided to us was of 1st of June and we informed Ms Roshini about this to which she replied that It was none of her business to see whether we enter the Universal Studios on correct time.
Plus on the day of Universal Studios pickup the driver left us at the hotel even though we told him that it would take maximum 5 minutes to us for coming down at the lobby.
We booked 2 cabs from Grab and it took about 40SGD.
The trip in Singapore was very bad for us.

My wife never complains but she felt she had to regarding this firm. the lady we spoke to was rude abrupt and totally unprofessional. They do nothing for Singapore Tourism and any Holiday company who uses them beware. You have been warned. Simply shocking
