Came to get my Lexus serviced. Great customer service, not so great stay. The complementary food is great. The environment? Not so much. It was pretty cold inside, but I was wearing a jacket. I forgot to charge my laptop before coming and found myself hunting for a power outlet, barely able to find one. Internet (Wi-Fi) constantly stopped working. Beats other dealerships though!

Turns out that it needs a new timing belt. Will be coming back

They did what other dealerships did wrong, they fixed everything that they had to do and didn't have to do! Great staff, great attitude! Completely unexpected.
