I highly recommend this dealership and in particular our salesperson Chris Shaw. He is the best! He was wonderful to work with from the moment we walked into the showroom until we picked up our new car. He was extremely helpful in assisting us with everything--from choosing the right vehicle to working through the price negotiations. I feel like he went above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. He genuinely wants you to be happy and comfortable with your purchase and is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Lexus brand. In addition, we also enjoyed working with Maren and Debra who were both very helpful and friendly. The dealership itself is very nice and they do everything possible to make sure you have a great experience.
