Update- after this upsetting call, a manager called me to fix the situation. We made an appt, and in 5 hours, my car was fixed and cleaned. They even sent me a video of my inspection and they didn't try to sell me anything. I changed my rating based on the actual service, which was excellent.

I was sent two recall notices for a low fuel sensor. Both letters detailed how this recall can cause sudden engine failure and possible death. I tried to fix this recall at Beaverton Lexus, but I cannot make an appt because they have no record of my recall notice. I pray that my engine doesn't die while I am traveling on I5.
