Nicole DuBravac is probably the most patient sales associate on the planet. I first met her 2.5 yrs ago when I started thinking about upgrading my older Lexus. Over the past 2.5 yrs, she saw me through multiple test drives, a loaner, and finally (!) a decision and purchase. She was always responsive, professional, and never pushy, so I continued to ask for her every time I went into the dealership. I was fortunate she was still there when I bought! Thanks Nicole!
