We brought in our car on a flatbed 250-mile tow, and he was right there to help get us on our way home after a long 5-day journey across the country. His demeanor and genuineness was greatly appreciated after a long and stressful last 36 hours of our journey. It was so nice to not worry about our service or care.

I recently stopped by Kuni Lexus to learn more about the CT200H and was assisted by Daniel. It was my first visit to a Lexus dealership, and I just wanted to learn more about new and CPO options and perhaps take a test drive. Daniel could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with-- he took the time to give me feedback on all of my questions, arranged a test drive so I could get a feel for the car, and worked through a couple of purchase options should I want to move forward. I never felt pressured or rushed.
Hats off to Daniel and Kuni Lexus for their professionalism, courtesy, and class! While I did not wind up purchasing a Lexus this time around, I know where to go when I am ready.

I bought my first Lexus in 1991 and have always appreciated the fine service provided by Lexus of Portland. It is not the same experience that I encounter when I have to use Desert Lexus in California. Don Smith is top notch and professional. My only disappointment this time was that the car was not washed as had always been done before, especially after spending $2,200.
Dropped of the vehicle for service, wife drove me home. Later got a text with embedded video from the tech showing me the inspection and a moment later a text from Summer the serve rep. that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. A short ride from the wife back to the shop and picked up the vehicle. Cleaned, lightly vacuumed and Covid sanitized. All in all your excellent service as always. I leased my first brand new car today at Lexus of Portland and the experience from start to finish was perfect. I used to sell cars at a luxury dealership so I thought I knew what to expect, but Lexus of Portland took it to a whole new level. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. In particular, I received A+ service from Michael Graham, a brand new salesperson. The experience he has in the luxury car industry is unlike any other mainstream brand out there. I highly recommend that you see Michael if you are looking for a high-end brand. He understands the industry and market very well.

I am currently on my third Lexus because of this dealership. I originally purchased a Lexus after turning in an Audi which had a million very expensive problems. After doing some research, I decided on a Lexus due to the reliability and the ratings. I went to the dealership expecting a tedious sales experience. Yet, I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived and greeted by a warm and friendly salesperson with no BS and a great deal. It was such an easy and nice experience. Afterwards, I always brought my car back to have it serviced, and I absolutely loved the service department and the experience that they provided. Everybody was so nice and friendly. The service staff are always were very upfront about what was needed and what could possibly wait if that was my concern. At times, I would compare repair costs with other places, and Lexus always beat their competitors hands down. They were great and very professional and even the service and maintenance on the car feels like a warm, welcoming, and luxurious environment. This is something that I NEVER experienced at any other dealership anywhere else (Toyota, Audi, Honda, etc..) Because of the reliability and the excellent service department, I continued to purchase additional vehicles from them when it came time to get a new vehicle. I am currently on my third Lexus and debating on my fourth. BEST DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!

Kuni Lexus, in a few words, is a "class act". I especially want to compliment Evan Whitaker, Sales Representative. I have been working with him for several years. His approach is respectful, informed and complete. Evan figures out what kind of person you are and then works with you accordingly. He puts the fun back into buying a car! I also want to say that everyone I have worked with at Kuni Lexus of Portland from financing to service, has been professional, dependable and informative. Joe was very helpful and informative. We got the car that we wantes , even its higher price then we innitially wanted. Its way longer than we thought . It took almost 6 hours to get the car out of the lot from test drive and negotiation.thus minus 1 star. Again, we got what we wanted so its good.
My first car buying experience was a major success thanks to the help of Brett Day. After a couple weeks of driving my new Lexus CT200h, I could not have imagined going with another car. I shopped at a few other dealerships and Kuni Lexus of Portland was by far most comfortable experience. Exceeded my expectations.
Lana was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable and found the perfect car for me! She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. She was kind, patient and very accommodating. I appreciated the fact that she allowed me to keep the car over night to make sure it was a right fit for me and didn't pressure at anytime.
I also have to give a huge shout out to Cameron, he spent a ton of time teaching me all the new bells and whistles of my new toy. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated that so much. Amazing customer service all the way!

Sean and Nathan have been great. I had a pretty expensive repair that needed to be done due to an airbag light on in my 2006 is250 that only has 57k miles. It has been a known wring harness problem that would've been covered under warranty if my car wasn't a 2006 because it is under on the miles. I started with the Lexus store here in Eugene where I live and they instructed me to call Lexus and see if they would help with the repair because I had such low miles on my car which I did and Lexus did help with a $900 contribution (I thought with a known issue and a safety item such as an airbag it should've been 100% covered) towards what was quoted by the Eugene dealer as a $3700 repair. The Eugene dealer did discount their repair $400 so my out of pocket cost would've been $2400 to which I said I wanted to try and get that cost down to $2000 and they weren't willing to help. I then called Kuni Lexus in Beaverton talked to Sean the service manager and explained my situation and within 1 day he called me back and said they'd gladly help me out and do it for the $2000 I was willing to spend. I drug my feet for a couple months and called back and not only did he remember me, he honored the original quote. With that I drove my car up to Portland met Sean who introduced me to Nathan who informed me that because I also had an airbag recall that they could do at the same time and possibly have some of the labor overlap, they could possibly save me even more money. Still waiting to hear on that but needless to say they have went above and beyond my expectations. Well worth the $26 train ride home to Eugene to save 400 and hopefully more dollars. Hard to believe two Lexus dealers could be so different on their prices. I will be coming back here if I need anything in the future for my is250 or my most recent LS 460L purchase. Thank you again, you guys are awesome.
I would like to clearly post this review again due to a huge misunderstanding regarding my previous experience here at Kuni Lexus. It was also my fault on my part and I do apologized for my recent feedback. I would like to thank Rob Bernardi into clearing this misunderstanding and I really do appreciate the time and effort he put out for me through our phone conversation. It really means a lot and I do look forward into coming back one day if I ever find anything that I like here. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone who wants to find a good deal in a great car if you're ever in the area. I just picked up my IS300 F Sport from Kuni Lexus today. It's the 13th car I've purchased, and the dealership experience was easily the best I've had. The price was good, the trade in offer was fair, and Jeneva (my salesperson) was awesome. I can't recommend Kuni Lexus enough.

We were treated well on the lot. I was there for a relatively inexpensive used vehicle and I feel that I received the full experience, aside from the finance officer. All the doughnuts and coffee you could want.
Naz was our guy and he was great to deal with. We came to a deal quick and he took care of us the rest of our wait. All the doughnuts and coffee and other treats that you'd want. The car we bought must have been one of the cheapest on the lot (good quality vehicle) but we were treated like we were dropping $100k on one.
If I ever had the money to buy a Lexus, I'd go back. I'll check their used inventory first on our next car.

Their service was awesome. I had a great experience there. My service advisor Kaya was very nice. She thoroughly explained everything to me since it was my first time there. They have comfortable waiting area for us while my car was in service. They even cleaned, vacuumed the interior and offered me a free car wash, which was fantastic. One thing that really impressed me was I had a play kitchen set in my back trunk. It was big and heavy, so I had to fold down the rear chairs to make it fit. However, they unloaded the play kitchen set, cleaned, vacuumed the back and put the kitchen set back.
I went to Lexus yesterday to convert my 2013 lease to a purchase. Duy Dang (Dewey) assisted me in that process. Of course they offered me the option to purchase a new 2015 for about the same monthly payment but for a much longer period. I continued to purchase my 2013 leased car. Duy is soft spoken and very knowledgeable and I felt he really wanted what was best for me. I would definitely ask for Duy the next time I wanted to purchase a Lexus, new or used!
Always a pleasure experience at the service center! Someone greets you as soon as you pull into the garage. If you are dropping off your car, they will remind you to take your necessary items with you such as parking permits or charger. The waiting lounge is clean and cozy. Free wifi. Luxurious bathroom with couches and diaper change station. Free coffee (latte, cappuccino, etc.), soft drinks, donuts, cookies, and fruits. Most importantly, every one is super friendly and knowledgeable!

The service department goes above and beyond. We worked with Steve on a windshield replacement. He was responsive and helpful. I left a package that needed to be mailed in the car by mistake. Steve dropped it off at the post office for me. Super nice! The new windshield looks great and the car was ready on time. The Kuni Team was very nice to work with.
My wife and I bought our second Lexus from this dealership and were again incredibly impressed with the experience. Rob Bernardi worked with us as we purchased the car, and he could not have been more delightful, professional, or helpful. Excellent as usual!! Car was ready and cleaned before estimated time. Fully understand what maintenance is coming up, its cost and the criteria of when it needs to be done. I had requested another item be serviced, however they did not do as it was not necessary yet. A dealer to be trusted.
We spent almost four months, searching, comparing and driving many vehicles. Our Sales person at Lexus of Portland, Bergen Allee, was absolutely fantastic during the process! I've never encountered a vehicle sales person with Bergens level of professionalism and patience. We made 3 stops at the dealership, and each time she spent as much time as we required, never rushing us, or acting like we were wasting her time. If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, I highly suggest reviewing Lexus of Portland's inventory, and making an appointment with Bergen.
We had a wonderful experience with sales consultant, Chris Shaw. He did an excellent job of explaining all the features of the Lexus GS and was very knowledgeable about the Lexus line. The test drive was interactive and Chris did a great job of getting me to experience all the bells and whistles the GS has to offer. On top of that, he was just extremely nice and personable. I would certainly recommend anyone looking at purchasing a Lexus to visit Chris Shaw at Lexus of Portland as I can attest that you will be in good hands.

I purchased used GS300 2006 model from the dealership couple of years ago as I wanted to get a vehicle reliable Lexus from dealership instead of buying something from the open market. Car was in great shape except it ran out of oil only after 1000 mile of driving which was complete surprise. I had to stop to the nearest gas station to purchase oil and fill the empty engine. I took it back to dealership and they could not find any thing wrong with it. Now this is a normal practice where I have to fill the oil couple of time between my regular oil change. This is a real disappointment and did not expect it to have this kind of problem with Lexus and especially the vehicle I got from Lexus of Portland dealership. I wish I should not have bougth this vehicle and instead used my $20k to buy a different reliable vehicle.
How many stars should be given to a company that doesn't acknowledge a person at all, who drives onto the lot on a Saturday afternoon, enters the showroom twice and is on the lot for about 40 minutes? How many stars should be given to a company that trains a salesperson that is finally flagged down after being ignored for about 25 minutes, to not offer to get someone to help out or answer questions? How many stars should be given to a company that when a formal email is sent to the corporate email regarding the incident, a luke-warm apology is given with no attempt to rectify the situation? Unfortunately I have to rate at least 1 star to even post this comment. What a joke. Don't be fooled by all of the "great reviews". Lexus does not want your business.
Very nice dealership, I was impressed with their waiting area, made the wait during finance very comfortable. I live in Eugene but my local dealer had very little selection and was not willing to work on their prices very much..plus only had 2017 models, I wanted a 2018. I called Kuni, was put in touch with Jeremy. Gave him my trade info. Told him I'd be up the next day and that I was ready to buy if they could work a good deal for me. He came in on his day off to meet me. Showed me several vehicles, once I decided on one they gave a larger discount than Eugene dealership was willing to give and a fair trade value. Several hours later I was able to leave with my new Lexus GX 460. I would recommend my salesman Jeremy and this dealership to anyone looking for a new Lexus.
Went there for some services. Called and left message to book appointment multiple times. Took many days to set appointment with no call back from my messages I left. Got my suggested services list from inspection there. There were 7k worth of charges recommended from the service department. I opted to not get what was recommended.
I took the recomeded service list to another machinc shop which was recommended from my military family. They inspected and confirmed services needed. I was then told after they were price gouging me on labor hours. I asked him what he ment. I was told that the services needed were all in the same area in the motor and could be done all at the same labor hours. I should of been estimated with combined labor costs. Total cost for services recomeded from another honest machinc. 2k all services done parts and labor. Love my military family for saving me 5k during the pandemic.
If you really want to buy a Lexus car, please DON'T go to Kuni. However, go to some other Lexus dealer and they will help you transport the car from Kuni and give you a price that is actually much better than Kuni. This is how I got my car.
We were made to feel like family with no pressure to buy. Our representative, John Hart explained the car and Kuni's process very well which was amazing. Our technical specialist, Rowan took extra time to show and explain all the features in the car.
This was a truly amazing experience. I have purchased numerous vehicles and this was by far the ABSOLUTE BEST experience my wife and I have ever had! Lana Tran was amazing and efficient during the sales process and Debra Alexander was very excellent in Finance. The fact that Lana was able to sell, negotiate and desk the entire deal was so amazing and made the transaction time much quicker and more pleasurable. My wife is not a fan of purchasing vehicles and this was a great experience for her!
