Just bought a beautiful 2017 Lexus certified Rx350. This was an internet sale and the car was exactly as advertised. Both Kuni and our consultant Charles Wison were awesome. Charles went above and beyond for us, especially from far away. I recommend them highly and ask for Charles.

Note to Lexus corp: we were surprised to see that Lexus did not offer any bling "hats, coffee mugs or water bottles" to those who purchase luxury cars. Our sales consultant was willing to purchase out of his own pocket and we of course declined. Give it some thought Lexus.

We highly recommend Kuni Lexus of Portland and remember to ask for Charles Wilson.

Dewey was very honest about what he knows and doesn't know. Great customer service, comfortable accommodations for those waiting to pick up their car, but I never had to wait. They took care of me as soon as I dropped off the car and had it ready for me to pick up by 10am the next morning. I saw Don Smith and told him about the problem I was having. He offered me a loaner as they could not get to it until next day. He notified me that rear brakes needed to be replaced and also cabin filter. The car was fixed next day and appreciated how Don communicated with me with other problems and when car was ready to be picked up.

I came in for what I thought was a very small repair to my trunk as it would not open.

It seems that the whole back end of the car had to be removed to repair. Who would make a car like that.

When I was talking with my serviceman, the tire guy started telling me about my tires. I would have much rather had him wait until I finished with the service man. Too many issues to be absorbed at one time. I was under attack.

In the long run, all worked out, but I have been going to Kuni forever and I feel that there is a great lack of service from what it was like in the "old days". This has nothing to do with my service man as he was trying to do a good job for me.

During my last "Oil change" and general inspection, I was told I had a small Oil Leak and the estimate to repair was: $1400.00.....which I rejected, due to age of Car and HIGH expenses to repair. Upon returning home, noticed that my "Check Engine" light had turned on. Returned to Lexus Repair on October 6th for inspection. Unfortunately, the Technician had accidently forgot to reconnect wires, while completing his investigation/checks. This was an inconvenience and added to my stress. I've never experienced this level of "Poor" service from Lexus in the 17+ years of Service. It was disappointing! Thanks for your time.

After purchasing two automobiles and leasing two automobiles from Kuni Lexus of Portland and not counting the three other automobiles I have purchased from the Toyota Corporation I can't believe Lexus is ripping me off for over three thousand dollars! I just serviced that IS 300 at Kuni and put four new tires on it. Kuni Lexus assured me that vehicle was in good shape. Now I have returned it to Lexus and the company wants 3400 bucks! This was probably the best experience I have had of buying a vehicle. I have bought over 15 cars and this one was excellent. I traveled from California and sales team made sure I had a ride from the airport and was greeted promptly at the door when I arrived. My new Lexus was cleaned and ready to go. Financing was a breeze and quick. We were even offered snacks for our long drive back home. Thanks again to everyone that helped make my purchase that awesome.

However, please note that it took over 3 tries to get this appointment. Your central call center is not effective.

Secondly, the car was supposed to be vacuumed and cleaned/sanitized. However, I found that the back trunk was not vacuumed nor sanitized and whoever cleaned the car - they left their used shower cap in the passenger seat. In these times, it would be appreciated it if your technicians could do a more thorough job cleaning.

I've never bought a car before, and I've heard more than my fair share of horror stories from friends and family. I can say without a doubt that I would recommend anyone to go and talk with Nicole Dubravac at Lexus of Portland! She was so helpful and very transparent about the entire process, price, history of the car, etc and took all the mystery out of buying a car from a dealership. She even picked me up and drove me to the dealership to pick up my new car! Now that is customer service! Hopefully I won't be buying a car again any time soon, but I will definitely be asking for Nicole's help again! The car was exactly as advertised and the day I picked it up it had been freshly cleaned, detailed, had a full tank of gas, and even had that new car smell to it. Great job Nicole and Lexus, way to knock it out of the park!

For this purchase, special kudos go out to Hugo Moguel and Evan Whitaker in SALES, Rob Waller for his detailed and patient explanations of the myriad of new tech features, Jeff miller in SERVICE, and Steve Abell as SERVICE MANAGER.

Never - in all our dealings with Lexus of Portland have we had a problem with the vehicles, with sales, service, or the personnel at the dealership. This is how buying and maintaining a car should be no hassles, no pressure, and no BS.

Kuni Lexus truly is a five-star dealership thanks again for making this another perfect car-buying experience.

I appreciated Bill coming in between that time and updating me on what the inspection showed and with the discount for the oil change, it was truly a good value!!

Mike Hamilton was my rep there. Great service. I bought a Volkswagen Golf TDI from them in May of this year, oddly enough in advance and Mike picked my girlfriend and I up at the airport and drove us back to the dealership. Complimentary fruit, water and soda was provided as we waiting. As a 27 year old that does not make a lot of money, at least not enough to afford a Lexus, approaching this dealership designed for the affluent felt rather intimidating. My experience here may be slightly different than someone who has not pre-purchased the vehicle, so all I can comment on is the customer service provided. However, Lexus has more of a "pull" strategy for their clientele, rather than your Hollywood-portrayed "push" or "wheel-and-deal" strategy that you would find at a used car lot, so the representatives there are much less aggressive because they don't need to be.

The car has run great. I took it to a trusted VW diesel mechanic the next week for a post-purchase inspection and it was great. The purchase process did take quite a bit longer than expected for all the paperwork to be completed as there were a few people in line in front of us, but that's the game you play with any first come, first serve retail business.

I have consistently had AMAZING service at this establishment. They are prompt, courteous, knowledable, and I never feel like I'm being up sold. The work they do has been done right the first time and I've not had to keep going back to fix things repeatedly.
I must say that the lexus product is incredibly reliable and I keep up with the scheduled maintainance and that likely contributes to the nearly nonexistant malfunctions with either of my lexus'.
Their Vancouver pick up and drop off service is a DREAM! Especially with how bad traffic is getting!

We recently purchased a used BMW from Kuni BMW down the road and were INCREDIBLY disappointed with their service! We were at the dealership for nearly 4 HOURS waiting for them to complete paper work on a car we were paying in FULL WITH CASH!
When we bought our most recent lexus, we practically did it all over the phone and we were physically at the dealership for MAYBE two hours picking it up and signing the rest of the paperwork!

Actually the best car buying experience we've had before. Buying our car was easy and these guys treated us very well. They are a class act. This was a used car purchase with no trade-in. Negotiation was quite fair. The car we bought had just been sold to them earlier in the day, so we had to wait a couple of days for the car to be cleaned, inspected, and some maintenance work. High standards-- I didn't feel any vibration in the brakes but they turned the rotors. Very impressed, and Dewey was a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I were in the market for a new or used UX250H. All the local options near Seattle did not have the vehicle that fit the criteria we wanted. Kuni lexus had a CPO that we were very serious in buying but because we were in seattle we needed to come to some deal prior to us driving our trade ins the long distance. Well we did not get very far because Miranda determined we were not a valued customer (also note I am a current Lexus owner). Communication (or lack there of) was the worst i have experienced compared to any other dealership I have spoken with. It came to the point where it was clear our business was not needed. The departing words..."I apologize... Our biggest sale of the year is on right now, combined with the end of the year, we have been extremely busy online and in the store". Anyways I never write reviews but this was a huge let down since we really wanted the CPO UX they had listed online. Happy New Year to all!

Sheridan was not pushy and very helpful to my wife and I searching for a SUV and you don't find the true care and happiness of helping people in the sales industry anymore and it's really nice to see there are still a some diamonds in the rough out there. Ryon was possibly one of the most straight shooting honest Finance people we have dealt with in quite some time and my wife and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. All in all we left Lexus of Portland paying a bit more than we wanted but all parties involved including the sales manager (so sorry I don't remember his name) were instrumental in making our car buying experience exciting and comfortable. I normally schedule my appointment to wait for my car to be completed. My car had a complete evaluation of a number of systems. The car was finished on time and Tyson covered the specifics of the service with me. Everything was performed as described at check-in, and I was very pleased with this appointment at Kuni Lexus of Portland.

He immediately walked down to the Service Center shop area to retrieve my house keys.

When I called to order a new car key on Friday, November20, I was told it would arrive on Tuesday. Based on that information, I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday at 8 AM. When I arrived at the dealership, Ryan Davis had me sign the paper work. Because of Covid, I chose to wait outside in front of the dealership. I sat for an hour or so, but when I went to see if the car was ready, Ryan said, your key has not arrived, so you can wait until this afternoon. I asked if the key could be mailed to me. He said it could.

Wednesday morning November25, I received an email reminder of my 8 AM appointment. Why didn t the email tell me the key had not arrived at the dealership? Why didn t Ryan Davis tell me the key had not arrived when I checked in with him? Who is responsible for letting the customer know that the part had not arrived? Communication could have saved me from arriving at 8 AM, waiting outside an hour and 5 -10 minutes only to be told the key was not there.

From the arrangement of my appointment to driving off the lot with my serviced car, my first experience at Lexus was a great one. More needed to be done on my car than anticipated, and everything was done quickly and professionally. All staff were customer service oriented and made sure any question I had got answered. I really appreciated the communication, the professionalism and the care for my car.

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. First of all, Daniel our sales guy was absolutely awesome. Could not have asked for a more helpful, patient, and ethical sales person. Had I just dealt with Daniel, we would have bought the new GX460.

The problem arose when Lana the sales manager stepped in and stuck her nose in our transaction. I wasn't dealing with her, didn't need to talk to her, and she came off arrogant and condescending. I was told by Daniel that they would give me $35k for my car. Agreed! Then when he went to pull up a new car she came over to our table and told us they were only going to give us $32400. I told her Daniel told us $35k, she said nope. Then we decided to go with a showroom model as Daniel was so helpful and we felt we could trust him, so we started negotiating. Negotiating with him was fine, he can say no. But again, Lana had to come over and give her condescending input and wouldn't make us an offer, but wanted us to make her an offer. Also, the $1100 delivery fee and the $725 Lexus advertising fee is a little ridiculous. Had Lana stayed out of it, we would have taken the $2k rebate, removed the $725 fee, and been out the door with a new car and met them in the middle. I just felt Lana really ruined the experience and it was not exactly the color we wanted so it wasn't worth it. I am not going to argue with anyone in order to buy a $55k car.
