Purchased our second used vehicle from Kuni. The sales experience was pleasant and the staff were friendly. However, after a rainstorm we discovered that the sunroof was leaking water into the cabin. Kuni stepped up and repaired the vehicle at no cost to us. We'd like to specifically thank Matt, the service adviser, and Hugh, the used car sales manager, for the sunroof repair. Just bought a 2004 Lexus RX 330 from Lexus of Portland. The final agreed upon price was right as compared to KBB and edmunds and the service was exceptional. If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, Lexus of Portland does a great job cleaning up the vehicle to make it look brand new. I worked with Nicole S. Dubravac. I highly recommend working with her. She was wonderful to work with and was knowledgeable about new and used models. She went above and beyond the call of duty as she waited three and a half hours beyond closing time to help us go through all the paperwork and to see us off. She even called back promptly a few days later to follow up about cargo mats and to schedule fixing a small chip in the window.

Excellent choice for our CT200h. Brett Day's attention to detail discovered a missing key-fob, programmed the smartphones, xm radio and patiently went through the hybrid's operation. The manager was personable and responsive to questions while offering competitive pricing on the vehicle and the extended service agreement that was consistent with our expectations from Consumer Reports/Truecar (Kuni trumps Lithia every time). For the smart internet buyer, Kuni Lexus offers the full range of amenities as well as an inventory that rivals the Washington dealers. Follow up visit to complete 60,000 mile service. Bill worked with me to make sure which services my vehicle needed in advance and gave me an estimate of the price, I really appreciated knowing to plan ahead. I was also given a loaner vehicle but expressed the desire to have my own car returned by the end of that day due to the inconvenience of driving back to Beaverton from Vancouver again the next day when I had some other commitments. My car inspection was shown to me on video, my car service completed and washed/cleaned before closing. Hooray!

Dan Garvin and the Kuni Lexus team were fantastic. Dan was not pushy or over bearing at all. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure my experience was a great one, and it was! I'd definitely recommend going to Kuni Lexus, you're treated fairly and kindly.

Update: 7 months after purchase I was told the engine needed to be replaced. This is after having other issues arise over the previous months. Yes, it was a used car but not that old and I was told it was fully inspected. After many emails to Daniel about the other issues, it wasn't until the engine went caput that he responded. Unfortunately, the help he provided didn't actually help in any way so now i'm out a car. So in the end I'd recommend reconsidering buying a used car from Lexus.

I recently purchased a NEW to me car from Lexus of Portland. My wife also purchased a car the same day. These car's come with a warranty.

Hugo and staff take the pain out of trading in and buying. They have food, TV's and plenty of comforts as you wait. My only complaint I waited far too long to sign.

The best part of the experience is the absolute customer first attitude from everyone in the building. The professionalism ultimately set's them apart.

I took my car home to find (now that's it's raining) a small leak around the window seal. Hugo.. provided a quick and easy solution ... at my convenience to bring in the car and a loaner provided.

I can't give Lexus of Portland a higher recommendation.

First of all, the service charged was supposed to ...

First of all, the service charged was supposed to be waived because I have a warranty package through the dealer. But I was charged at the end and not until I bring it up, they noticed I was not supposed to be charged and they did end up refund me without apologizing. Secondly, when they did the inspection, they did not look at all my tires carefully because one of my tire was brand new from about 2 weeks ago and they end up report all the tires is in the 4-5 range, which is not true. Apparently they did not check every tire before they send me the report. No apologies what so ever. I had Ryan David and probably would not use him again.

We have dealt with Lexus of Portland since 1993 (shortly after they opened for business). Our first purchase was a CPO 1991 LS400., which to this day was overall the best car we have owned without a doubt.

Since then we have purchased another new four cars, two GS, and two RX. Our current Lexus is a 2014 RX. We keep coming back because of both the sales, but especially the service experience. Put simply, there is nothing better in our experience than LOP's customer care focus.

I cannot overstate the great experience LOP service has us with our current car us over the past three years.

Chantelle is the best Service Advisor I have ever had the pleasure dealing with. Customer focused... absolutely!

Kuni Lexus told me I needed $3,500 in repairs on my RX when the alignment went off.

To quote the repair order -

"Left front lower control arm is twisted from impact."
"The left side lower ball joint is buckled from impact."

I went to two other shops, and both stated they saw no damage. I had the car aligned, and now it drives perfectly.

I went back to Kuni, they put it on the rack and tried to "show me" the damage. I looked long and hard and could see a tiny bit of chipped enamel on a piece of metal when looking directly at it with a flashlight. Even with the benefit of the doubt that it's damaged, the damage is so minor no reasonable person would spend $3,500 to repair it.

To their credit - Lexus did apologize, they gave me back my diagnostic money, and also paid me for the alignment I had done elsewhere.

I was an out of town shopper from Roseville, CA. I was only looking for a Certified Pre-Owned GS 350. I called in one night and Michael Kinsman answered the phone. This has been the only time in my life where I felt a true genuine care from a car salesman in what my needs were. I was also routed to Ruslan, which I believe is the or one of the managers there. Together, Michael and Russ treated me with exceptionally, and made my experience the most pleasant one of my life. The provided me with truly a PERFECT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I was so comfortable working with these two as well as the dealership as a whole, that I purchased a $30k vehicle sight unseen, and had them ship it to me. Upon arrival, one of the headlights had some moisture/condensation trapped in it, and after taking it to my local dealership in Roseville, it was deemed that unfortunately it could not be covered under warranty. I spoke to Russ and he stood behind it saying that if warranty won't cover it, that they'll pay for the headlight replacement! I am blown away with the level of customer service that I received from this dealership from my initial phone call all the way through a month after delivery still fixing my headlight issue. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this dealership for local and out of town buyers!

I never really enjoy buying cars but the folks at Lexus of Portland are so accommodating; you're greeted as soon as you walk through the doors and always asked if you would like a drink or snack down in the lounge area. I began my car research online and began a dialogue with a very bright and cheery salesperson, Nicole Dubravac. She was very helpful and patient with my me. Nicole listened to my needs, understood my concerns and really helped guide me to a used, but very new to me, 2010 Lexus RX450h, which is a beautiful car. If you're considering a luxury vehicle you must stop by Lexus of Portland and check out what they have; I may be a little biased but ask for Nicole Dubravac, she will treat you right.

I have experienced may other dealerships but was never greeted and treated, truly, as a guest not as someone to get money from.. I bought a 2001 RX300 new and decided to trade it in in 2012 for Lexus pre-certified 2009 RX 350.
I was very pleased with the RX300, I had minimum maintenance over the years and had accumulated 200,876 miles. It was still running well and looked good. What a great car!

I began looking on the WEB for an RX 350, contacted Lexus of Portland and was put in contact with Bergen Allee (an Internet service Consultant) to assist me. From the initial contact, looking at several cars on the WEB, Bergen matched up my requirements with several choices to consider. After choosing and viewing online a candidate, I worked out an offer for the car and trade-in value for my RX 300.
All of the details were handled via email including a CARFAX.

Bergen made it very easy and when I arrived to close the deal, I was promptly greeted,the New car was waiting and I was very pleased with the car. I then met with Debra Alexander who prepared the financing and transfer of ownership. There was no hassle or surprises. After the paperwork was completed, Bergen walked me through the new features of the RX350 vs the RX300 including setting up my cellphone's Bluetooth.

All in all, it was the best experience, no-hassel car buying experience that I have ever had which have been many over the years. I highly recommend a Lexus and very pleased with the Quality.

The service was excellent and my service representative was friendly, informative and very helpful. However, the three start rating is for good reason, the initial customer service to set up my appointment was not pleasant. The usual Lexus service is no longer there! The person answering the phone didn t know my name or my car or what service my vehicle was due for. Very unhappy with whatever new system you are employing. Not the Lexus premium service I have grown accustomed too and by the way, was told to expect when purchasing a Lexus.

We stopped by Lexus of Portland to get some work done on our LS 430 and decided to see what was new in the Lexus LS world. We started a conversation with Brett Day and liked his style right away. Brett was not pushy in any way. Brett's approach was to listen to our needs and vehicle requirements before showing us anything. The first vehicle he brought up was the perfect car, which was exactly what we were looking for, the Lexus LS 460 F Sport. I was not aware that Lexus had developed a vehicle for owners who require impeccable quality and comfort combined with a sporty look and driving experience. We had been looking at the Audi line-up and after seeing and driving the LS 460 F Sport, the Audi line-up became irrelevant. We bought the LS 460 F Sport and Brett made that process smooth and hassle free. His attention to detail and warm personality made us feel valued. He has follow up with all our requests and has been ready to help us in anyway even after the sale. I think Brett will be selling us our next Lexus vehicle and we wish him much success.

Horrible dealership and the most untruthful people I have seen in my life. Service Dept. is even worst. They take your car for times and days and next thing you know is you are back over and over for the same problem. Awful experience and now I hate Lexus Brand and IS250.

GX460 in for recall repair. Didn't expect to leave vehicle overnight. When I scheduled appointment, I wasn't told this however I was offered a loaner vehicle which worked out fine. This is one of the reasons I prefer the Lexus brand (this is our 2nd). Our last new vehicle was VW and service was a nightmare, multiple warranty repairs and NEVER offered a loaner. Appreciated getting the fuel tank filled, very nice gesture. Thank you.

I called in to make an appointment for my 100k service & recall issue. I asked the rep what the 100k service entailed and shared with them I just had an oil change and already have wipers and a new cabin filter ready to go. They advised they can and will still do the inspection and recommended a cooling system flush that I went with and also said I would like the apple play installed in my car as well. I showed up at my appointment early advised my service writer what I have already had done to car and just requested the inspection cooling system service and tires rotated.I was told by JEFF MILLER that unless I paid for an oil change I would NOT get my tires rotated, I was surprised by this because of the decade of car buying and coming here having ALL my Lexus's serviced done that it was not part of the inspection/preventive maintenance along with the other services I purchased but had the piece of mind that Les Schwab whom I WILL now purchase tires from will do it gratis. I left my car and spent hours & a lot of $$ at the cell phone store getting a new Iphone & all info transferred to it in anticipation of the new Apple car play I was getting installed into my car. I received an txt from my service tech advising me I needed new wipers and cabin filter which I already mentioned to him I would not need & I declined again and was told my car was ready. I returned to your location and after 20 or so min of your service tech back and forth from his work station and taking calls was asked by someone else if they could help me. A very nice young lady checked me and your rental in I advised her about the tire rotation and she wanted to do it right then but I declined as I has to be someplace, she then advised me that my car did NOT qualify for the Apple play upgrade and my service tech should have made me aware of that as an Apple would appear on the screen that it could be upgraded, I would have NOT spent hours in the cell phone store that afternoon or spent hundreds of dollars to upgraded my phone if I was told of this upon my initial arrival & was under the impression/perception/assumption/belief it was going to be installed since I entered into a SIGNED contract with your tech to have it done however this was another hiccup :( I love my car and the other two previous Lexus's I have purchased from your firm & ALWAYS completed these surveys and complimented your employees. I am sure he was having a bad day but this could sour others that have not had nothing but fantastic interactions with you and your company as I have

We traded in our Subaru for a new Lexus and we were so happy with Kuni Lexus for making everything so easy. I called in and spoke with Chris, our salesperson, and we handled a lot of the details over phone and text before driving in. We test drove the car we thought we'd like but ended up not enjoying it as much as we thought we would. But we saw this other cute car and Chris was super nice about getting it off the front display area for us to drive. We hadn't planned on leaving with a car, but they gave us an amazing deal on the new car and a very agreeable trade in. We're now a happy Lexus family and love our UX250h F Type. And during this pandemic we felt very safe in the dealership. It was a little different car buying experience than usual but it was very easy. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Lexus. And Chris was very professional, courteous, and not at all pushy. He and several team members stayed until nearly 9pm to make sure we left in our new car. I must say that we appreciate everything they've done for us so far and I think our next several cars will all be Lexus.

I bought a lightly used Lexus in February. It turns out it came with an issue with the windshield that is mostly visible when dark and rainy. I didn't report it right away and they wouldn't work with me at all to address it at first maintenance. I understand that it's partly my fault for not reporting right away, but seeing as it did come that way (they believe me but can't help) it leaves me a little reluctant to actually be happy that they wouldn't partially help. It's my first Lexus and I can't say that I'll be going back when next I need to make a future car purchase. Nothing has wowed me about the car or the service.

I had taken service plan during start of my lease , the service was as usual , the waiting area is very good , they offer donuts water coffee etc .
Concerns : There were warning lights couple of times after service , makes me question if oil etc are actually replaced . The funny part is in one of my service I had mentioned about the warning flight
and despite saying it was not fixed .

Lease end : Very Poor
Lease end I had an option to Buy or drop off the car. The residual prices were off by 4 to 5 k (Due to covid used card prices had dipped very much ~May 15) . I then requested if I could adjust the price a little , I was told to contact Lexus financials directoy (Fair point ) .Who told me that dealerships can provide incentives etc .

Major Concern:
I got my vehicle serviced and on that day I discussed possibility of buying .One of the sales rep Jeneva Keller talked to the financial people and told me they could offer Lexus certified benefits if I were to purchase my car.

The disappoint part starts here : 2 days later I talked to their financial person Hugo , he completely took a U-turn and said I needed to do a paid (750$) inspection of my car if I bought via Lexus financials . I told him I had just serviced couple of days ago to which he gave me a rude reply . I told him that Jeneva had told me about the certified benefits that they would offer to which Hugo says I needed to pay 2250$ for the same and no such benefits can be given. I felt very disappointed about the same .

I later mentioned this to Jeneva who started saying that she was wearing a mask and probably I misheard etc . This is my firsthand experience of how dishonest the dealership has become . Clearly no truth and transparency and no customer obsession .

FYI I had a chance to talk to Kendall Lexus of Eugene who were surprised when I told them about the 750$ paid inspection to buy my own vehicle even when financing with Lexus . This gave me clarity that dealership was indeed money centric and not customer centric . This is the only dealership near Portland and Hillsboro area , probably due to no competition the "My Rules My Way " approach has been adapted by dealership .

I worked with Leland Jaquay to purchase a pre-owned 2016 Mazda 6. Leland was incredibly helpful from my first phone call to the time I drove the vehicle off the lot. His service was exceptional. I appreciated his friendliness, positive attitude, and patience during my inspection and test drive. I also appreciated that he provided documentation of the service performed by Kuni prior to listing the vehicle, and information about the third party warranty.
