I was very disappointed they wouldn t patch my tire which was damaged. They said it couldn t be done and I needed a new tire, which really meant I d need two new tires and a nice sale for them.
I immediately went to a different shop which worked me in right away and patched my tire with no problem.
Maybe I ll start going there for all my service.

I came to Lexus to purchase my daughter a car. I have always preferred Lexus and for my daughter going off to college I wanted to her to have one as well. Jonathan was my sales guy and he helped me find a used car for her that would be reliable and was well maintained.
Worst experience, so unprofessional, I left so angry. They actually turned the lights off in the service center with me waiting there for my car that I had a appointment for. When the gentleman realized I was there and went to check to see where my car was, he came back to say that some lady named Kimberly had left early for the day and she was supposed to have been my advisor. So when you let staff leave don t you verify if all of their work is done or that things are passed on? Kimberly never advised me, talked to me and never introduced herself to me. Ethan who is who found me said Kimberly left hours before, so why are you assigning appointments to someone who is not even working. The kicker is that I had called earlier in the week and asked to have a service added because someone hit my door and because nobody apparently knew I was even there for my appointment I didn t get one of the services even completed. The funniest thing is that I recurved a call today telling me they heard a service was not completed so they wanted to get me scheduled and they will email this Kimberly who is not working today conveniently to call me to set this service up. Why in the hell would I want to work someone who did not do her job in the first place.

I have been wanting another Tacoma pickup truck, but recently decided to lean more towards comfort. In looking on line found the GX model. This lead me to contact Lexus of Maplewood. My email went to Greg. Could not commit to a time I could come in, but luckily Greg was he first person we saw when we got there. We had a great experience with Greg Carlini in preowned sales. So easy to work with, no pressure, helpful, friendly. Quick response to my emails , knows the vehicle he is selling, what is available at the dealership. Jorge Pena finance manager another great, easy person to work with. You just feel like they are a cut above the rest!

Today, Steve got me in quickly, after my check engine light came on and the message said there was a problem with my AWD, so it had been disabled- very concerning. Steve sent me home in a free loaner vehicle- and they diagnosed and resolved the issue in about an hour- for no charge. Lexus of Maplewood has always provided me quality and efficient service that is cost-competitive - and today, Steve also gave me peace of mind and a great outcome!

I have been visiting car dealerships my whole life and have even worked at many. What I can say is that if you go to Maplewood Lexus you probably won t be disappointed. I was recently looking for a reasonably priced used car for a commuter! I pulled in just a bit before they closed walked around there cheapest car on the lot, and I got service right away! Tchu Mou treated me great from hello and even though I was looking at the cheapest one treated me as if I was buying a brand new car. Top notch dealer, if they ever have anything your interested in you must pay a visit... I see why they are award winning save yourself the headache

Their cars are again, very classy. All of the cars here are well-maintained and very clean. This is one of the the plcese that you are getting what you pay for. In this case a luxury vehicle! When you are in here, you definitely will be treated like you are family! It's pretty awesome, not gonna lie.
However this in dealership is massively over charging for their cars. When you are in here, would definitely recommend to negotiate down as they are charging way way too much for their used vehicles.
I worked with Mike Mullan to get my car service and he was awesome. He was patient with me as I had to call an out of state Lexus dealer to get information on my maintenance plan. He even called the maintenance company for me so that I would not have to pay for the service due to my existing maintenance plan. Also, he took the time to explain and show me pictures of the recommended maintenance work that was needed on my vehicle. This was great because it made me feel like they weren t just trying to get me pay for unnecessary repairs as is typical when you take your car in for service. Lastly, he changed the battery in my car key free of charge. I ve been very stressed with an upcoming overseas move and the cost of preparing my vehicle for shipment. Mike s very professional attitude, patient, teacher mentally and the detailed attention he gave me really made my day. A Monday I might add at that. Lol I m very grateful for him. I cannot say Thank you enough to Mike!

I got there s little early but I had to wait a good 30 mins before I was attended to. Otherwise everything else was fine.
I brought my 2005 Lexus 330 in to be serviced. It was little pricey but that is be expected as after all it is a Lexus. The service technician, Steve, was fantastic. It was really nice that they let me use a loaner car even if it was only for a few hours so that I did not have to sit in the waiting lounge during this Covid 19 crisis. Overall I had a excellent experience and would recommend them highly.
I am a recent Lexus owner. I purchased a used 1999 ES300. It was a single owner car, and despite being 16 years old, and having 220K miles on it, was in excellent shape.
In the year that I have been driving it, it has been reliable, and surprisingly economical (for a 6 cylinder). I was getting 30 mpg highway.
My wife and I were in the market for a car, and we were looking to upgrade from our 2008 Toyota RAV-4.
My Lexus had trouble on the road, and we towed it to the nearest Lexus dealer, which happened to be MapleWood Lexus.
Great service, free loaner car (2016 ES350). Lots of gadgets and fun to drive. Apparently, it gave me "the itch" to get a new car. Hmm.
I arranged to see the RX350, so my wife and I could see how large the cargo space would be.
Sara Wienke was our sales rep and helped us look at the 2016 RX350.
It was a bit pricey for our current budget. We asked to be called if something was turned in as a used vehicle, and secondarily was a 'screaming good deal'.
A few days later, Sara called to say she had a 2015 RX350 with 45 miles on it.
I thought it was used, and could not figure out why someone would drive a new car only 45 miles, and then give it back.
Turns out it was a deal that fell through, and the car was returned to inventory, but not placed back into the "ready for sale" category.
After a (planned) weekend trip to Colorado, the "Tyrannosaurus Lex" had a few more miles on it.
18 months to put 45 miles on it, and 4 days to put 2400 miles on it.
We are extremely pleased with Sara & Jorge's customer service and attention to detail.

Had a great experience with Lexus of Maplewood. Andy, the salesperson, worked with us over the phone and internet to answer all of our questions. He helped, with his team, to get the finance and purchase agreement finalized. We drove (6) hour and everything was exactly as agreed upon.

Overall not the best experience, I have been there twice to look at two different used cars on their lot. The first time the car I wanted was already sold, which is fine, but the salesman proceeded to try to sell me a car that was multiple tiers below what I was looking for seemingly because it was close to the front door and needed to be sold. The second time I went in I found out the first salesman had not bothered to enter my information into their computers and never bothered to see if he could track down the car I was looking to buy. Because of this I was given to an entirely new salesman who was unwilling to even counter on my offer of almost 500 over the list price in hundred dollar bills, cash money. Apparently the nearly 600 dollars in dealer fees were non-negotiable on a cash offer so the car is still not sold. It's too bad really because I would have taken a reasonable counter, but I refuse to pay all those fees when purchasing with cash and offering over the listed price. Especially after being offered half the value on my trade-in compare to the last dealer estimate which lead to the all cash offer to begin with.
I did not purchase from Lexus in the end and have felt terrible since. Sara is amazing, she has a genuine interest in you and does all she can to service the sale. She cares about getting you in the correct vehicle and you being 100% satisfied when the sale is complete. I have seen the level of service during and after the sale with Lexus of Maplewood and it is outstanding. I went to a different brand and have missed the "love" demonstrated by Sara and team at Maplewood Lexus. I honestly can say I will be looking at Lexus next time around all because they care. Many dealerships promise the moon and deliver little, not so at Lexus of Maplewood. Go see Sara!

I bought two vehicles from Lexus of Maplewood this past weekend (05/06/17). I had an amazing experience buying these vehicles. I have to give a shout-out to Ryan Tucker, who is the BEST sales representative I know! Ryan was so calm and patient with me. He took me on several test drive. He went above and beyond to provide quality costumer service. He was informative. And, most of all as a Black woman, he treated me with respect and dignity. Ryan- you are the best.
I have to mention Jorge, the financial manager at Lexus at Maplewood. Jorge listened to all my questions and answered them promptly and with care. Great job Lexus of Maplewood! I am one happy costumer. You don't only sell luxury vehicles, you also give luxury treatment to your costumers.

Lexus asked me to write a review even before receiving my vehicle... Probably a poor decision. I agreed to pay a refundable deposit on a pre-owned vehicle prior to the vehicle being ready for purchase. In order to get a particular financing promotion, I came back a few days later to fill out all paperwork (but the car was still not available). They agreed to hold my paperwork in escrow until I approved of the condition of the car and took possession. The salesman agreed to refund my deposit that day.
After a week, the car was finally available for purchase. However, Lexus did not hold my paperwork, and instead submitted it, so I started receiving bills on a car I didn t have possession of. I also did not receive my deposit back until I called, which was approximately a week after I was promised it would be refunded.
Best part, we went to pick up the vehicle last night and there was a screw in the tire. The salesman pulled it out, and said let s get that out of there. He didn t think anything of it. I then inspected the tire and there was a puncture hole. Not sure what he thought would happen when you pull a screw out of a tire... This occurred last night and I have no update on the status of the car now. This is my first Lexus, and has been less than a desirable purchasing experience.

Dan H was really attentive and helpful in our search for preowned. We just missed out on a Camry and went to look at something similar later that week. It wasn t the right fit but he kept us in mind when something similar was traded in and let us know right away. It was as advertised, great car and great deal all around. No pressure and no games trying to sell something we weren t interested in. Very happy and would highly recommend. I did not show up with Lexus money (and didn t hide it) but they treated me just the same. Great job!

Brought car in for service. Had to wait so long upon dropping off. Things didn't get done plus seat back were supposed to be fixed. Drivers side fell off again. Ridiculous how much floor mats were.

I don t usually do reviews but I am compelled to offer some thoughts on my experience at Lexus of Maplewood. From the moment I inquired about purchasing a Lexus, I felt like I was their # 1 priority. Mitch was an excellent salesperson and communicator; and he created a no pressure atmosphere from the start. He is very personable and made me feel at ease throughout my car buying process.

My visit couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Eric Hammerschmidt was very efficient and went the extra mile every step of the way. The loaner was fun to try and the service finished ahead of schedule. In addition to completing the vehicle location recall as requested, a full multi-point vehicle inspection was done and my gas was even topped off! After 3 Lexuses, I continue to be awed by the quality of the people I meet at Lexus of Maplewood and the service received.

I had booked for an oil change at 4pm on a Friday evening. Got there and decided I wanted a general check up on my truck. While going through the numerous issues with the truck, I decided not to do the check up and asked them to do just the oil change.
The service advisor had me wait like every other customer but after almost two hours of waiting, I became very impatient. My service advisor was no where to be found. So I asked her colleague if he could serve me but he insisted I wait for the person who had been helping me. A couple of minutes later, my advisor by the name of Bobbie came in and at this point, I was already furious. What kind of kind oil change takes two whole hours to complete? Then she drop the bomb. Apparently, Bobbie had had the technicians do a full check up of my truck at absolutely No Charge. Then she explained to me that, that was why it took so long for them complete my oil change and that she wanted to surprise me.
What a surprise that was? I mean, I would have stayed another two hours just to get that free check up.
I highly recommend this dealership and if you happen to make it there, ask for Bobbie Williams for assistance.

No choices. Only 2 dealerships in the state. Both owned by the same people. They have yet to prove themselves exceptional. When I pay cash for a car I expect my ring kissed. Not told to look something up in the owners manual when I ask a question. I am actually considering BMW next time due to a lousy service desk guy. Skip This dealership. Drive out of State if you can to get service.
I went in to look at a Lexus IS 250 AWD and the salesman, Ray, was absolutely wonderful to work with..I didn't think I would be driving away with that vehicle the same night, but Tchu made the magic happen and I traded my old car into my beautiful new Lexus. Everyone I dealt with was easygoing, friendly and really made it easy to purchase without regrets.
For a Lexus dealership, I expected to be treated better. I went in to buy a used car they had for sale and to get financing from my personal bank. The loan was pre-approved. I went in 2 days before the end of the month. The bank was going to overnight the check. However, the manager told me he wouldn't let sale go through because the sale wouldn't go through in the current month. From that moment, I should have left and gone somewhere else. But, for some reason I still bought the car because bank confirmation was made with tracking numbers. My 2 star rating is for the management threatening to reject the sale. The salesman that helped me was nice, personable, and friendly with my kids.
I will not recommend this place to people I know or go back for any reason.

The Lexus staff is nice that s where the 2stars come in but the work done by their mechanics and body shop staff is terrible.
I had to get the vehicle inspected after I hit a large pothole. Brought it in asking to check the bearings and wheel hub, and they just said alignment was off. Brought it back for a Second visit because I definitely felt the bearing needed to be changed. Finally the mechanic inspected and realized the bearing did in fact need to be changed. The Lexus staff was nice enough not to charge me for the additional service and visit.
*Unfortunately, upon exiting the dealership I noticed a small 2inch abrasion on the driver side rear quarter panel. Lexus staff kindly took it in for free body shop touch up. Here s where it gets messy(posted pictures below) the body shop made it worse, the work is B- and that s being nice about it. They did not remove the Bumper... did not remove the accents, lights or trims and just masked everything and did a quick Respray. The body isn t smooth and has tons of drip marks, bubbling, rough edges, overspray on my muffler, overspray on my wheels!. Just a complete and utter mess.
To sum up, friendly staff and purchasing a vehicle here is fine of course, but DO NOT do any mechanical or body service afterwards because their partner shops are terrible.
The overall service experience should be more laid back and enjoyable, but the service dept manager seems to misunderstand what the customer wants.
I just moved back to MN after 2 years living out west and was completely shocked of how Lexus service degraded at Roseville MN location. I was hustled, misled, ignored and patronized. I was offered grossly overpriced test. When I declined I was greeted with a smirk and I had to personally create alternative testing procedure on which Lexus associate Tom -reluctantly agreed. And when he presented test results in misleading form- implying work necessity until I pointed that it is not in critical or even recommended section on printed form. Only then he backed-up and noted that it may be annoying during the drive. The repair recommendation started at $1200. The whole experience was nothing more than old fashion used car dealership. And even that now a rarity. Most of them are much improved. I m very disappointed and wondering what happened in short 2 years to that location? Any one experiencing similar changes?
I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Sara W at the Maplewood Lexus! I have purchased my last two new Lexus from Sara and I have to say she is one of the very best at what she does! Not only does she treat you like you are her only customer, she is knowledgeable, friendly, extremely professional and you walk away knowing you got the very best service and deal possible! Her follow up long after the purchase is outstanding as well.
