They took good care of car, gave me a complementary vehicle to drive while car is being fixed at the shop. I was impressed that an associate put effort to legitimately lower my bill by finding some coupons, searching for a valid discounts that Lexus has to offer. Usually, service assassinate do not bother with such a things. It becomes customer's responsibility and burden. . But, Lexus of Maplewood did and I am happy about it. I definitely will be coming for my scheduled maintenance and fixes in the future.

Mike Mullan took great care and now as before I think I will be a long time customer in fact Maplewood Lexis will be the first place I will go when I am in the market for another car. Sara and Matt teamed up and went out of their way to locate a gorgeous 2020 Matador Red RX350 for me and delivered it prior to the end of my 2016 lease on a very short timeline. I had originally planned to purchase my 2016 RX at the end of my lease, however, they offered me incentive pricing that I couldn't refuse. I am now enjoying a substantial upgrade and couldn't be happier with my new ride.

Horrible service advisors who either miss important items or they try to get you to pay for extra unnecessary services. The staff overall at this dealership seems under trained, under educated, and they are not held accountable by management. After finding 2 other well recommended auto shops to take my Lexus SUV to, I discovered that I was being over charged for the past year and that the quality of work that was being done on my car was subpar compared to other shops. I recommend trying a Toyota Walser dealership instead (if you want a dealership), otherwise check out some of the local automotive shops that come well recommended from others and skip the dealerships all together. After the Lexus Maplewood dealership messed up 3 different times with my car, I said enough is enough.
Took good care of my car during a recall. Give me a very nice loaner car from 2018. Offered me some service but I declined.

I had my car service for a faulty display and it is still not fixed properly. For the 2nd time. They also scratch the heck out of the inside of my car. I ve complained to the service guy Thomas and to his service manager Tim and neither of them have return my calls. The funny thing is, I actually have proof they damage my car during there service on my car. I have pictures of before I dropped my car off. Because this has happened in the past and they did not believe me. There service department can be careless and should be accountable for there mistakes...

Brought our RX 450h in for the 10,000 mile complementary service the other day and receive superb customer service. Our only complaint with our car to date was a rattle sound heard previously in the pano sun roof. At our appt, the techs did everything they could to recreate the sound with no luck but the service manager took the extra effort to go on a ride with me so that I could point out the noise. To my luck, it was non-existent but he made sure to explain what he thought it could be, a home remedy if it occurs again, and advised me that if it does come back, to make sure I bring it in and they can get to the bottom of it. The point here is that the service staff I dealt with went out of their way to ensure no stones were left unturned and I left you happy customer. Amazing job and we will only be bring our Lexus to Lexus of Maplewood for all our service needs!
To start off I have to say:
Lexus is completely the best and only luxury brand to look for. We ve owned Audi, BMW, Lincoln & Mercedes-Benz brands in the past and we will never go back to any of them. They cannot touch the base features (power seats, led lights all the way around, many more) and charge you extra for these. On top is the reliability Lexus offers that basically nobody can touch.
Next on our experience: We just purchased our 6th Lexus and our first one buying here in Maplewood. I do have to say the experience was the best ever. The dealership was clean, the staff was friendly, the sales people were professionals but not pushy. We worked with Greg in used car sales and we would recommend everyone possible to him and return to him in the future. Lexus has so many things going for them, and on top of that the experience in Maplewood blew us away. We still are talking about how much we loved dealing with them 2 days after we took delivery of the car. We did purchase pre-owned and the car was 99% when we came and looked at it. The 3 minor cosmetic things we pointed out they polished and cleaned in less than 24 hours of us looking at the car to get it ready for us to pick up, and even scheduled an appointment. I cannot say enough good. If you re in the market for a used car, L/Certified car, or new Lexus, it s worth your while to make your stop at this dealership as they will bend over backwards to help you in any way they can.
I ve always been a Toyota/Lexus fan simply for their reliability and comfort. I had an issue here that was respectfully addressed and corrected therefore they receive a full 5 star review.
Same as Tom below... long story short, bought a car for 1 week, had problems, took it there, made up bogus problems about the car... they were trying as hard as possible to avoid warranty repair... wow f u Lexus... avoid if possible... $500 for spark plug replacements??? Service was helpful and knowledgeable. Check engine light was quoted at $1,300 so I said do not fix it. The other repairs were $1,400 and my garage had replaced the sensor last year for $200 but the after market part did not have the correct specifications from Lexus.
We purchased a used 2017 Nissan in early August 2020. At the beginning of October we started to have problems with a tire losing air. At a local tire service center I was informed that the tires were 9 years old (on a 3 year old vehicle). Although they had much more than 50% tread life remaining the leak was not repairable. As a result we bought a pair of new tires to replace those we thought would last us much longer.
I immediately called Lexus of Maplewood to discuss the issue. I talked to the Pre-owned Sales Manager, Matt Saunders, and he understood my concerns and quickly did what was needed to resolve the situation. This was amazing service and unlike any I have encountered regarding a used car.

Dan was fantastic. Gave us time to look at the car we found online and it was a very hassle free test driving experience. The whole experience was very no nonsense, the car was gassed up and detailed before we left, and they were very accommodating with our payment.
So, i scheduled my 2007 LS460 that i have recently purchased for a diagnosis - seems I've already been experiencing what i know to be a brake actuator assembly malfunction (very common in especially the 07 LS', and a problem that is not only VERY unsafe, but one that Lexus is seeming more than perfectly willing to let everyone just crash and die over WITHOUT any recall actions... SHAME on you, Lexus... SHAME!) as well as the other fun and EXTREMELY common design flaw of the malfunctioning Mark Levinson "premium" sound system amplifier... I pretty well concluded each issue via message board research, particularly at Club Lexus, and was already in conversation with Lexus Customer Satisfaction/corporate (something my trusty service advisor actually had the nerve to scoff at, which was a real treat...), hoping beyond hope that Lexus would actually step in and do the right thing by their loyal customers and hopefully at least assist in getting a replacement amplifier, if not actually give out a good-will replacement, seeing as how the only thing you can call running between 15 and 19 speakers off of one solitary amplifier a complete and total flaw in design, if not craftsmanship, but whatever...
So i initially schedule this visit online using their online scheduler. I input each and every detail of why i was creating this appointment. Then, i received a call the next day from Lexus of Maplewood, during which i was re-asked each and every detail as to why i was scheduling the service appointment... Ok.
Then, when i actually showed up to this appointment, i pulled the Lexus into the service bay area, was led inside by a rather disinterested service employee and, yes again, was asked all the details of the reason for my appointment... which were poorly translated into the work order I might add, but whatever.
"We're going to need to charge you for 2 diagnoses," he explained, but for what reason alludes me completely, but since I'm completely made out of money AND have a money tree growing in the backyard, it's nothing to me......
I asked how long approximately the appointment would take and was informed 1.5 hours to 2 hours. Ok.
Anyways, long story short, after about 2+ hours, the appointment was done and both of my fears were confirmed, i need to have both the brake actuator assembly AND the incredible, high-quality, "premium" Mark Levinson amplifier replaced, and not only that, but also a fuel pump gasket AND the rear struts, strut insulators, and associated parts and pieces therein!!! All at the low, low price of some $7000+!! And all just 2 months after i made the brilliant decision to purchase this vehicle!!! Love that!
Anyways, the big reason why I'm leaving a not-so-terrific review of this dealership is the following:
At NO time after receiving the diagnoses of my many issues at hand did the service advisor even fathom the thought to ask or even assume the sale in any way, shape, or form... What if i actually wanted to peel $7500 or whatever from my huge knot?!? Remember, i AM made out of money, well, gold nuggets, liquid diamonds and cash skin anyway...
Regardless, my visit to Lexus of Maplewood honestly has me seeking out any other Lexus dealership to visit from now on, such as Lexus of Wayzata. And hopefully their service advisors won't scoff at me, and might actually be interested in performing the services that i require - or will at least act interested in seeing if i would like to have the services, repairs, and/or part replacements taken care of, rather than just hurrying me out the door, so they can get back to reruns of Bonanza or whatever they do when they finally manage to just do the bare minimum amount of actual work around there.....
I bought a pre-owned Lexus a couple weeks ago, and could not be happier with Lexus of Maplewood. Although I've been a customer of many dealerships in the area, this was my first time to Lexus. I worked with Ryan Tucker, who helped locate a car that met my requirements perfectly. Ryan listened to what I was looking for and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Ryan also gave me a tour of the dealership, which was very impressive. The dealership is so well organized and clean. Everyone we met took a minute to introduce themselves and say hello. Fantastic! Great service, had a loaner car, no hassle. After the initial inspection and evaluation I received a text message a link to a website with all the recommended services for my vehicle. I was able to quickly and easily just go through the list and choose which services I wanted them to perform (with estimated prices included) and which ones I wanted to defer/decline. Super easy, no hassle, pressure free and ala carte.
Next thing I know, a day later I get a text saying my vehicle is ready to pick up! Great for misanthrope introverts like me who prefer texting over talking!

I was very disappointed with my service today. They made no effort to communicate with me during the service. I dropped off in the morning and received a loaner car. I hadn't heard a word from them by 3PM so I called. Receptionist put me into service rep voicemail. I still haven't heard back from my voice mail this evening and dont expect it now. I showed up at the dealership and talked to guy in service bay. He said service was completed and he would bring my car around. I waited another 45 minutes as no one approached me. I finally went to receptionist and asked for service manager and found out he had left for the day. Another ten minutes go by and a service rep gives me my service report and showed me to car. No explanation of how my service went. Then he couldn't find my keys but found car in lot running. How long was it out there running? The 45 minutes I was waiting for someone to help me? I really didn't feel welcome or appreciated by this dealership or its service people.

AWFUL! DISHONEST! FALSE ADVERTISING! Tried to buy a used car here and was willing to pay EXACTLY what their own website had it for. They refused. First they upped the price, then tried to add on extra charges, although the fine print on their site clearly states they only add a $100 dealer fee plus state tax and DMV. I did not expect such sleazy sales tactics from a Lexus dealer.

Excellent service from the moment I arrived until I was done having my car serviced. I used a loner vehicle to get a few errands done while my SUV was having maintenance service done. Everything was handled very professionally and with great customer service. My car was returned to me having been cleaned not only on the outside, but also on the inside! It was unexpected and a wonderful surprise to drive away in a freshly cleaned car! The sales team and management have the worst customer service and follow through I have ever experienced. Over the course of two weeks I was contacted by five different staff, each saying they would get back to me with a price. I even sent an email to the owner and never received a response.
I ve bought 2 cars at Lexus of Maplewood. Both times it was a fairly painless process. They seem to focus a lot on customer service and seem make you feel like you are the most important customer in the room even when you clearly are not.

The last time my wife was there they told her we needed new tires. She told them to wait until she spoke with me. She called me to ask me what I wanted to do. They e-mailed me the quote. The first thing I saw was a recommended service for a tire rotation. I told her that we didn't want a tire rotation. Why rotate tires you are going replace? When we got off the phone she told them to skip the rotation. They said it was too late. They had already removed the tires and she would have to pay. They did unnecessary, unapproved work. Their Service lead, Tim and I traded a couple of voice mails to try to discuss this issue, but we never connected. No explanation was ever given on why we had to pay for this unneeded work. My trust of this service department is gone.
