I had booked for an oil change at 4pm on a Friday ...

I had booked for an oil change at 4pm on a Friday evening. Got there and decided I wanted a general check up on my truck. While going through the numerous issues with the truck, I decided not to do the check up and asked them to do just the oil change.

The service advisor had me wait like every other customer but after almost two hours of waiting, I became very impatient. My service advisor was no where to be found. So I asked her colleague if he could serve me but he insisted I wait for the person who had been helping me. A couple of minutes later, my advisor by the name of Bobbie came in and at this point, I was already furious. What kind of kind oil change takes two whole hours to complete? Then she drop the bomb. Apparently, Bobbie had had the technicians do a full check up of my truck at absolutely No Charge. Then she explained to me that, that was why it took so long for them complete my oil change and that she wanted to surprise me.

What a surprise that was? I mean, I would have stayed another two hours just to get that free check up.
