Thomas S. helped me and my husband out and kept us updated about the status of our truck. We felt welcomed and valued as Lexus owners and had a good experience here during our unplanned visit. The waiting area was spacious and had snacks and drinks along with a good supply of reading material. The fireplace was a nice touch!
