The staff has been very helpful with both purchasing and service. I recently worked with Dan Oanes and purchased a new IS 300. Buying the 2016 Lexus Rx 350 was a very pleasant experience. Dan Oanes at Lexus of Maplewood was very helpful, friendly and helped us through the entire process promptly and efficiently.

Expensive to get an oil change and tires rotated.

Also didn't even wash the car. Said temp too cold, it was 14 degrees.

Will not be back.

Purchased my third car at Maplewood Lexus this past weekend. The sales rep, Andy Solomonson was a great help and was very patient with me as I did my research. I felt no pressure at all to purchase. Over the years I have had a great experience with this dealership. And probably in a few years I will start my new search there again.

Went there the other day looking at some used cars the guy I work with was one of the best salesman I work with the other Lexus dealership was good too the salesmen are not pushy at all if my car is totaled I sold on getting a Lexus just with the experience at the two dealerships amazing and you don t ever see that anymore or dealership treats a person like a human

2016 Lexus ES 350. Everything went just fine. As expected. Service was courteous with no issues. Everything was explained well. Originally gave 4 stars but Changed to 1 stars for not washing car when returned. There website states "Complimentary Car Wash with any Service". I just assumed it would be since Infiniti always did for me. Seems odd to me it wasn't. It's Lexus right? Also seat was not back in my drivers position. They also left service tag on fob.

The salesman, Bobby Amirasiani, was very knowledgeable, professional, and all in all quite pleasant to work with. They were very low-key and we didn t feel rushed to complete the sale. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Bobby and the staff at Lexus of Maplewood for future car purchases.

New owner at MN Lexus dealerships and service experience was terrible. Went in for oil change, was upsold other services which were completed but NOT the oil change. Their processes didn't catch mistake. I did. Awful!!

I recently financed a new Lexus from this dealership, working with Clint and Tchu through the whole deal. There was minimal sales pushiness and the whole process went very smoothly.

Had a recall on our Lexus IS 350 that I wasn t even aware of, but thanks to a Service call from Maplewood Lexus I was now in the know that my passenger side airebag was no good. It was really simple to schedule an appointment at my convenience with the same person that was informing me of the recall. When we showed up at our scheduled appointment time they must of known who we where because of the time and make and model of our vehicle; as they called us by name as we stepped out of the vehicle. Walked into the waiting lobby to be called up for a loaner until the work was completed, so my wife and I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the spacious multi room waiting area. It really made me feel like I was sitting at home in my living room relaxing it was so comfortable. No one hasseling me just relaxing and waiting for my name to be called. Mr.Saniti and it was off to the Service Department to go over insurance , and loaner car , and what they where again doing to the IS350. I was very informed and I understood what was happening and why which is important. Then I was told if I had any problems (as a free safety inspection was done) that they would call me immediately to address the issue or issues. Thankfully no problems where found. The loaner car was a 2017 RX 350 fully loaded with 10,547 miles on it. Just a beautiful vehicle the RX 350 with wood and multi color leather interior with a huge display screen with tons of storage spots heated steering wheel , I could go on and on ..so we brought the loaner car back when our car was finished and it was washed and the gas tank was filled up too. I can t say enough about how flawless my experience was. I will contribute my happy positive review to the fact that they make everything easy and always always take care of their customers , when you buy your vehicle from Maplewood Lexus or even have it serviced they take care of you as if you where family. The service department is just amazing. We are looking very much forward to another Lexus purchase this summer especially with the level of service we already receive.

Everything you don't want in a dealership. From sales people that over promise and under deliver to broken promises. Felt like a used car dealer from the movies, and not a good movie.

I brought my 2010 rx350 to be serviced for a check engine light at 1pm. I was promptly checked in by Mike and given a loaner car. About an hour later, the car was diagnosed. I was texted about the findings and reviewed the report. It gave me an explanation of what they found as well as recommendations for other issues they found. I could approve each recommendation or deny those I wanted to wait on. Less than 4 hours later my car was ready and complete. It was a very seamless process and I am impressed.

I went to Lexus of Maplewood with a dilemma to either choose a Lexus or Mercedes. I shared this thought with Clinton Gage at Lexus of Maplewood and he not only helped me with my dilemma to select a right car but also helped me choose a model which suits my needs.

Before coming to Maplewood Lexus, we looked at other luxury brand SUVs but decided to go with a Lexus RX350 not only because we were drawn to it, but because of the personable and professional help Clint extended to us. Truth be told, my wife and I are suckers for great customer service and Clint Gage delivered effectively. If you re in the market for a Lexus, I recommend working with Clint Gage.

Helpful and frienfly, but they ordered the wrong part so work was delayed a day.
On the plus side, the loaner car they gave me was fantastic, and when I got my car back, they had fueled it up for me!

2 years into the lease and I am not a happy customer. Great vehicle, service team is excellent. However, the sales and finance team, not so much. I was inquiring about sellout / sub lease and the sales person had to reach out to multiple people for every question I had and finally a finance person turns up to tell me some tool is unavailable for him to give me options and later gives me 3k lesser quote than an Acura dealer. No considerations, just low ball on their own car. Unbelievable!
