When I arrived, I was informed that they did not have time to service my vehicle. I informed them that I had an appointment and had to show the man my confirmation email. They then completed the oil change. When I checked out, the wanted me to pay for it. I informed the man that it should be free with my purchase contact. It was frustrating. Thank you.
