Worst experience, so unprofessional, I left so angry. They actually turned the lights off in the service center with me waiting there for my car that I had a appointment for. When the gentleman realized I was there and went to check to see where my car was, he came back to say that some lady named Kimberly had left early for the day and she was supposed to have been my advisor. So when you let staff leave don t you verify if all of their work is done or that things are passed on? Kimberly never advised me, talked to me and never introduced herself to me. Ethan who is who found me said Kimberly left hours before, so why are you assigning appointments to someone who is not even working. The kicker is that I had called earlier in the week and asked to have a service added because someone hit my door and because nobody apparently knew I was even there for my appointment I didn t get one of the services even completed. The funniest thing is that I recurved a call today telling me they heard a service was not completed so they wanted to get me scheduled and they will email this Kimberly who is not working today conveniently to call me to set this service up. Why in the hell would I want to work someone who did not do her job in the first place.
