Andy was great. We showed up late on a Saturday just after they closed and was still willing to work with us. Took are information contacted us on Sunday just so we could hold the vehicle we wanted to look at on that Monday. Would definitely go back.

I had a lovely experience working with Sara Wienke at Lexus of Maplewood. The entire process of getting a new car and returning my old one was very fast (under 2 hours!), seamless, & efficient. If you're like me and don't know a lot about cars, working with someone who is professional & knowledgeable is important! Not only did Sara get me a fantastic deal, but she was super informative in explaining the features that mattered most to me. I'm so excited for my new UX; I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend!

Clint was a fantastic salesman very easy to work with, very personable, patient, and at the end of the day just took the time to make sure we were very happy customers. Heather the finance manager was wonderful, she worked hard to ensure we got best rates, just very pleasant to work with. Lexus by far has the best customer service I have seen in a dealership, while searching for a car we went to several dealerships in the area and 3 of them would not even take the time to talk to us. Which made it easy hands down to go back to Lexus, as customer service is extremely important to us.

I'd been searching for a 2020 RX450H with the silver exterior and parchment interior (with the Luxury Parckage) in Kansas City, but the Lexus dealerships in KC didn't have any. On the web I found some and called the various dealerships that had what I was looking for. I ended up speaking to Sarah at Lexus of Maplewood and within 1/2 hour, Sarah and the Manager had worked out a deal that I felt was the best one for my wife and me. Of course, there is the issue of the distance between Maplewood, Minn., and KC, however Sarah and her husband were able to meet us in Des Monies and complete the deal there. What a wonderful experience. My wife and I both feel that the dealership and, in particular, Sarah (and husband), went way beyond expectations with us. Couldn't be more pleased with the way it all happened. Thanks, Mike

Called here after a very bad experience at Wayzata...

Called here after a very bad experience at Wayzata and they got me an appointment for the next hour. Arrived here and someone greeted me at my car before I even had the opportunity to get out. [As I've always experienced at a dealer going for service except for at Wayzata]. Here at Maplewood, They told me what was needed to be serviced and told be the cost ahead of time asking me if there was anything else I needed or wanted done. Great service! Truly appreciate it. Its sad I had to spend so much time traveling burning gas to get decent service. I know both of these dealers are owned by the same group so for this reason I'll likely not purchase another Lexus. (All because of the Wayzata experience.)

HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! Have had a 10 year old car with 175K miles on it detailed here and it came out looking brand new and showroom ready! I cannot begin to say how please I am with the work done and the service. I have been to this store many times for other things and by far the customer service rates A+ and the people are the best in the business. Thanks everyone, we are so proud to be your customers!

I have purchased/leased 3 vehicles from Lexus of Maplewood and have had nothing but great customer service from all individuals that I encountered. Lexus of Maplewod is a place that makes you feel comfortable about your car experience. From the sales manager to the service department I have been extremely happy with all my experiences. I have recommended several individuals to this dealership and they have also purchased vehicles and rave about their experiences. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and would very highly recommend them to anyone. I love Lexus of Maplewood!

Thomas Schultz was my Service Advisor and effectiv...

Thomas Schultz was my Service Advisor and effectively helped address a concern I ve learned is a known issue with (minimally) 2006-2010 IS 250 engines and carbon build up.

By the way, Lexus (Corporate) has even acknowledged awareness of this issue by extending a Customer Support Program related to it in August 2012, but their established terms/cut off dates were rigid, unaccommodating, and didn t extend any support for my recommended repairs.

Since my cylinder misfires were just a one-time occurrence since owning the vehicle, Thomas recommended a top engine clean and the timely need to change the spark plugs; it seemed reasonable my vehicle shouldn t require more extensive maintenance now given the isolated occurrence.

Still, he and his Manager demonstrated genuine interest and were willing to work with me as they too understood the history of this issue impacting their customers vehicles. Thomas was knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the service process. I highly recommend him and the Lexus of Maplewood dealership.

I know its causmedik but it does not look good for the dealer selling it. It like just make it look ok so it sells

My wife stopped in here to pick up some touch up paint that my uncle had ordered and already paid for over the phone, and the staff were VERY condescending, rude, and unhelpful to her. They were so unhelpful that she eventually just gave up and left! So now my uncle had to pay $15 to get it shipped to him. If you want to be treated like a lesser human, then this place is for you. Otherwise, my recommendation is to steer clear.

Super grateful of the Service department!

The engine splash under shield of our ES300H was damaged from dragging on expressway for over 2+ hours after I hit a tire scrap outside Chicago on our way to Canada for family vacation (26JUN19). We found out about the damage when we got close to Minneapolis.

Lucky for us we were close to Lexus of Maplewood! The roadside assistance call taker (Adam?) made us an emergency appointment to Service department right away and that was where we met Tom Schultz, and the service team.

Unfortunately, the replacement shield was not available at the moment, but we had our 10-day trip all booked and planed out so we couldn t wait overnight for the replacement part. Tom Schultz and the technician went over and beyond to help us out by ziptie-ing the damaged shield back in place so we could continue our trip with minimum interruption (We were back on our trip after a couple of hours). And our family are forever in debt to Tom and service team for reversing a potential disaster start back to a wonderful vacation trip (This was our only hiccup through the whole trip, the fix was solid!)

Tom, whoever did the fix, Kimberly and the roadside assistance call service team demonstrated what is the meaning of customer-oriented service. Lexus of Maplewood did not make any profit but they gained a loyal fan family of Lexus of Maplewood for life.

I am so jealous of Minneapolis people that they have such a great dealership close by. I thought about buying my next Lexus from Lexus of Maplewood but my wife pulled me back to reality (Too much a drive from Chicago ).

With the treatment we got, I would not hesitate at all to recommend purchasing new cars or having cars serviced there.

And Tom, you are the best!

I came in on Saturday to look at a used car and decided to wait until Monday to decide whether or not I was going to purchase it. I worked with Dan and he was great! I called in Monday and put a deposit down and was emailing with Dan back and forth to make sure I had everything I needed to be able to buy the car. He was very prompt and helpful with his responses. I came in on Friday to sign the paperwork and worked with Dan and Jorge. Jorge was very thorough when we went through the paperwork. They had also removed some of the dents that were in the car when I originally looked at it! The check engine light came on Friday night and I emailed Dan Saturday morning to see what my options were. He was able to get me in right away to have their service department look at my car. I worked with Tom when I came in and Dan came to check in with me while I waited. They found what was wrong, got the part, and replaced it free of charge. They also lended me a VERY nice car to use while the repairs were being done. I was surprised there was no charge to the repair! Tom keep me well informed through the process. I was very happy with the whole experience! Everyone was very kind and made me feel welcome there. Thank you for making this experience so easy, pleasant, and memorable!

Mike Mullen the Service Advisor did a great job of reviewing the maintenance history for my car. It was up-to-date. He then proceeded to schedule the work that I needed. That was an oil change and tire rotation. He also added a check of my spare tire. All work was done perfectly. Great job by Mike. He also made sure my car was washed which was much appreciated.

Sergio was the one who was helping me, initially he was very helpful, but I never received any follow up call, email, or text from him. Was frustrated that there was no effort past the initial inquiry, ended up buying a Camry XSE V6 instead.

Extremely helpful and fast service, went in for one main problem and others were found. Some were fixed and other couldn't at the time, but my main service agent was detailed in explaining what could and couldn't be done and even offered tips for outside assistance. This guy was in professional attire and he got down and hopefully not too dirty to ascertain the problem (cracked y pipe)! It shows great dedication to his work and in helping his clients to his fullest potential, something I really don't see a lot in service these days. The experience was overall efficient and non-problematic. I'd definitely go back to consult with Thomas Schultz again for any of my Lexus issues.

I originally scheduled an appointment for an oil change only. Being as I am almost 3,000 miles away from my next full service I repeatedly stated that I wanted to wait until I actually got closer to needing service before doing any more routine maintenance. I approved cost of oil change and nothing more but was told they would rotattires snd do general inspection. I was not told that there was any additional cost for this let alone an additional $70 for this service. And as always they said I needed extras. So another $30 for new wiper blades which I m not entirely sure I needed to replace. So I m expecting to spend $70 and end up with a bill for over $140. I wasn t prepared to spend that today and was very unhappy about it. I would have declined everything else had I known. I like the dealership but am not sure that I will return now....

The purchasing process was great with the salesman, but the used car I bought was supposed to be detailed and they did a terrible job. I just ran my finger along one of the rear vents and it came up full of dirt and grime. The center console is full of crumbs and dust. I don t think they cleaned anything in the interior. Lexus of Maplewood would get 5 stars from me if not for the poor detailing job.

It felt like I was her only customer when I know she was working with multiple people all day, everyday. The people are friendly and the follow up is good....

The people are friendly and the follow up is good. But I took my car on for a recall on the airbag, then they want me to do over $4000 on other repairs. First they called back with an $800 item. The airbag recall will not actually pay for the airbag system to work. So I need this part. Then after they install that one, there is some other sensor I that doesn't work and it's another $1600+. Plus there's some other repairs that are another $1600. I called my regular mechanic. One of the maintenance items they wanted to do is not even in the owners manual. The other fix can be done for much less by them and may not be necessary either. So I don't really trust these guys and I ended up doing over $900 to fix my airbag for issues that are obviously manufacture defects, as was the other $1600 they wanted to fix it. And my airbag doesn't work. The one issue is a Lexus issue. The passenger side airbag in several modes across several years has known issues with the sensor components and wiring. I should not have to pay to fix this. That stuff should last 20 + years on a $65k luxury car. But the other issue of the way they do business is on the dealer. IMHO.

All around a very professional and down to earth place to buy a vehicle. Dan Oanes the salesman did a good job getting me into a new vehicle. He haggled on price with his manager twice for me. There was no pressure on the sale of the vehicle, of course he offered their protection packages and warranties but did not pressure the upsell like most salesmen. I will definitely return to Lexus of Maplewood for my next vehicle purchase.

I purchased a new Rx 350 and when it came I NEVER go the Bi-Led-Auto-Leveling Headlamps I ordered and paid for.Took the car on vacation and found out it was not installed, Called the dealer and they refused to correct the problem. MR Benett the owner said he would take care of me. They Ordered me another car and charged me $3500 plus tax and licence. On something that in no way was my fault. ON TOP OF THAT THEY STOLE MY $2000 Rebate that was to come to me.They added another $2000 to the price that had already been agreed to so they could steal my Rebate, I told the general manager I BOUGHT MY LAST LEXUS HIS REPLY GOOD. They are so crooked they cant lay straight in bed. I BUY A NEW CAR EVERY YEAR . NO MORE LEXUS OF MAPLEWOOD

Customer service was exceptional & pressure free. The team I met were polite, kind and professional. I worked with Sara and couldn't be happier with the transaction of buying a new car. It can be very stressful and Sara made it less of that!
The dreaded final transactions, were nothing like I recall in past car transactions. I feel privileged to have worked with such kind folks. Thank you Sara, Matt, Heather, Megan & Jorge!

He had 5 pages of we owes and kept telling me I'm his best friend and in 30 years of him doing this the car I bought was the NICEST hes ever sold.
