Had an issue with my 2016 RX 350. Called Ira Lexus and they came up to Portland Maine. Gave me a loaner and took my car back to danvers. Called me 4 hours later with what the issue was and told me it was covered under warranty. Had the car back with in 48 hours. We have a Lexus dealer here in Portland, but will always take it to Ira. Thank you Ira.
