Last week, my husband and I visited IRA Lexus in Danvers to look at late model used cars. We already owned a 2007 Lexus ES350 and decided to purchase another one. We were immediately met by Gil Beck who listened carefully to what we were looking for and very patiently showed us all our options. Over the course of several hours we drove, sat in and viewed many cars. Gil answered all our questions and proved to be extremely knowledgeable about all the cars. At the end of the day, we had not yet made up our minds and went home to think about our choices.
We decided to return to the dealership the next day to keep looking for that perfect car. The service department at IRA Lexus was very accommodating when we called to schedule a brake job for our 2007 Lexus for that very day. While our car was being serviced, we spend a second day with Gil looking at new and used cars. After falling in love with a 2014 ES350 demo on the showroom floor, we purchased the car and have been very happy with our decision.
Kudos to Gil for his patience! We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with him. He did not sway our decision in any way. Besides being a great salesperson, Gil is a wonderful storyteller!
