The only thing I am giving 1 is because there is no zero on the rate otherwise this dealership is a nightmare for me and deserve Zero.
I am writing this by taking my precious time just because Anyone going to this place need to be awake.
Here is the story in a very short version.
My car didn t start when it gets there so I left it there hoping it will be fixed on the next day. Instead, I received a call and I been tolled that they spend more than two hours but unable to find find the problems, discussed with me that they need at list 4-6 hours more to find the problem.and I said okay, go head and find out and let me know my damage. After a few minutes I received a call again and they tolled me it gonna cost me about $ 900 dollar and mentioned the problem is 100% electric. I said go ahead and do it.After 3 days, got a call and been tolled the car is fixed but doesn t fell right when driven, so they need more time to find out why.At this time I was very disappointed but again I have no choice and said go head and fixed.
Just to make it short, after 2 days they called me and said they found three injections are not working properly, and need to be changed and it will cost me another $900. I said okay go head and change it.
Finally,after a few days I got a call and tolled that ,the car is completely fixed and it s on a very good shape,and ready for me to take it.I went there paid $ 1800 and ready to sign but I looked at their final note saying that only one injection was changed. I asked why? they said because they found only one to be changed. I did not argue.I Paid and going out to my car, when I get in my car, I saw the check engine was on.I went back to the office and reported that the check engine is on.I want to mention one thing here, they said they drove the car for seven mile for checking their work.At this time I was very upset and refuse to take the car they agree with my decision and I left my car in there.
After 4 days they called me and tolled me that the air filter need to be changed and that cost me $ 150.I said ok.Ask them to fix the problem and to give my car back ASAP. They waited for another 2 days And called me.At this time the service department manager made the call and he said the problem is not the air filter the problem is the throttle body and is gonna cost me another 900. He tolled me strait forward he needed an answer ASAP wether I want to them to fix the car or not otherwise he wants the car to be taken because it holds their space.
I was done and ready to take out my car out off that place because at this time I start doubting the safety of my car. I tried to explain everything for him since he is a supervisor.But he wasn t willing to understand and evaluate the situation, unable to negotiate about the unfairness ,the wrong diagnostic and time.
Finally I took the car without been fixed
Hope this helping anyone to think twice before you going out to this dealership either to buy a car or for repairing.
