Great experience. Dennis was very pleasant and efficient. Very satisfied. My car was taken in the moment I arrived and while I stayed, it was with the understanding it would take one and a half hours. It did and I was on my way.

Saena went above and beyond helping me find my first car. She treated me like her own daughter and helped me find the best car for me in my budget. She went above and beyond and I will most definitely tell all of my friends and family to visit her when searching for new cars. I am so impressed with her enthusiasm and big heart, I will never forget this expereince because of her.

Went in a couple of weeks ago for inquiry about a car. My salesperson was nice and alert to my needs. The only problem is that he hasn't gotten back to me by phone or email to tell me anything else since I did ask him for better numbers. Other than that was a ok experience.

Got a loaner vehicle while my car service was being completed. It is a great perk that allowed me to run errands in the meantime. I thought that my car would be ready when I returned but didn t know that getting a loaner puts your car at the back of the queue of cars. A little my bad for not asking a making the assumption of FIFO. Jennifer the service agent that helped me is very personable and helped me understand additional service recommendations to keep my car in showroom shape (and spider free)
I recommend Ira for service. I gave a 4 out of 5 due to the additional unanticipated wait time.

I was very well taken care of by Brendan as I always am but the two other service people on either side of Brendan were very rude One was named Dennis I believe and the other gentleman had earrings on and I did not catch his name I know there were 2 service people and 2 valets that did not come in today but that is no excuse for rudeness People pay a lot of money for a Lexus and the service department should always act professional and courteous I wonder if there is a change in attitude and diligence since Ira and David Rosenberg left because today was not at all representative of how things were done when they were in charge

Everything went well. Dennis helped me with getting my headlight replaced which the problem I was having was covered by warranty. They also took care of a recall my car had and provided me with a loaner car. Dennis followed up with me a couple times while they worked on my car.

Last weekend I went to Ira Lexus to look at a new SUV. Much to my surprise I would soon leave a brand new 2018 Lexus GX owner. The sales person Sal and General manager Belo treated me like a queen. They spent lots of time answering questions and taking me on a test drive. I was made an offer that I just could not refuse, what a Blessing! James sealed the deal with financials where he carefully offered even more. It was such an amazing experience and I left Ira that day feeling like a million dollars. When I arrived to pick up my new truck, Hunter carefully went over the entire vehicle and made sure I was on my way. In all the years that I have dealt with dealerships I have never been treated so warmly and respectfully. It is with out any doubt that I would highly reccomend Ira Lexus!!

I have always had great service at Ira Lexus. Everyone is courteous and polite. Amenities, if you are waiting, are very nice. Free coffee & muffins/snacks, wifi. The Free loaner car is what keeps me going back. I drop my car off in the morning and head to work. No waiting around.

Went for my 20k. Been doing all my services at Ira Lexus ever since I got the vehicle 20+k ago. Always use the same service manager (Dennis) and he has been great. Good communication, friendly, anticipating and pleasure to deal with every time. Pricing is reasonable and in line with other dealers.

Each time I have brought my car to Lexus for service, our service manager Tyna goes above and beyond to ensure I am satisfied. Tyna makes sure my issue is resolved but also provides recommendations without being pushy. She makes sure I have a pleasant experience and I highly recommend her as a service manager at Lexus.

Was called a month after and I work In sales so the guy I worked with tried to act like he was interested in switching over cell carriers and he asked how the service was done and what not and I said pretty good. And he asked for me to give him a review. And then I was also interested in going back to do my brake pads and he only responded twice and then stopped so I m guessing he just wanted the review and that s all. I get it they did well in terms of service but in terms of business communication I think it could ve gone better, like just send me an email asking for feedback than trying to pretend to be interested. I ll Change my rating cause it wasn t horrible service but the communication part wasn t great. For example we confirmed over the phone 600 and when I got there they said they couldn t do that and only can do 700. So I said oh well what can do I have to get my car fixed. Anyways on a side not they did well on the car and installing the shocks that I provided but it s pretty steep considering I provided the product. But that s beside the fact anyways, they did well, car works fine in terms of coming in contact with bumps in the road. They told me they d clean vehicle, they barely did honestly, maybe my expectations were to high but for 750 I expected it to be really clean. I could ve done better. He was a good guy, the one I worked with, it just wasn t conducted the best way, not trying to throw him under the bus. Just think you guys can really improve cause I m a great fan of Lexus and especially that dealership.

Brendan was my service advisor for the second time in a row and made getting my car serviced quick and simple. I was able to get an appointment within a matter from when I called and they had a loaner available as well. Brendan called to let me know when he was aware how long the service would be and what was necessary. All in all, an excellent experience.

I had a positive experience at the Danvers Lexus dealer when I brought my Lexus in for service. The staff were friendly and professional and took good care of me and my car. The service waiting room was clean and provided various beverages and pastries. It was a very comfortable place to wait for my car to be serviced. We did not buy the vehicle from them, yet they stepped up and compensated for what the selling dealer was either incapable or unwilling to do. We are now Ira customers

Dennis did the 5k and 10k maintenance services for my car, and I appreciated how he called me to go over the details of what was done and any changes. For instance, Dennis told me about a recall I hadn't heard of, but it was all taken care of while they already had my car. Any of my concerns are always checked out, and I'm always given an answer with an explanation I can understand, so that's a relief! I also love the valet service! I live at least 40 minutes from this dealership, but someone picks up my car and leaves a loaner that is the same as the car I drive including the same year and model (minus the hybrid). Both people who picked up and dropped off my car were really kind and professional, and I just learned I can request the same person to do the pick up and drop off. I sometimes feel more comfortable with females, so I asked for Christina to return my car. It's also nice to have some continuity when I'm trusting someone with my lease. I like that I have the option to have the pick up and drop off happen on the same day or over 2 days, as well. The valet folks are patient when working with me to figure out a schedule that meets everyone's needs. So glad I went with IRA Lexus!!

This was my first visit to Lexus in Danvers. I was just in there for schedule maintenance. I dealt with Jennifer Perry in service. From start to finish she was excellent. Got me in and out as fast as she could and kept me posted on the progress. Needless to say I will be doing the rest of my maintenance in Danvers and will work with Jenn again. I wish they made a 10 star cause she takes her job serious and if very professional. Thanks to Jenn and IRA! See you next time...
