I didn't have an appointment for this service visit. While in a mall parking lot I tried to start my car and it wouldn't start, I called Lexus road side assistance and waited for them to arrive. After 1 hour 15 mins. he arrived jumped my car, said I needed a new battery, but he did not have one. He told me I could buy one at Sears and have him install it. Then he came back and said he'd left his tools at home. I decided to drive home rather than waiting another hour for him to get his tools. As I was driving home I realized I was going to go right by the dealership, so I swung in to see if they could help me out. Gary Sussman greeted me and assured me he could help me out (I couldn't shut my car off, so he came right out to the drop off area). Then he introduced my to Jennifer Perry and she took care of my service. Without any appointment they assured me they could get the work done and done in a reasonable amount of time, and did exactly that. I was extremely grateful.
