This dealership was my first dealer I went to to look for a used car after my car accident. We had done a lot of research online, and stopped by this place since it was close to us--and it was my last stop too. I found a great used Toyota Corolla in great condition and at a fair price.
The rep who was helping us, Muhammed, was especially helpful--he matched me to my ideal car right away and helped me through it every step of the way!
And the facility was gorgeous with lots of refreshments and comfy chairs! All around I loved my experience and LOVE my car! Thank you!

Brings the definition of great customer service to another level. Treated individually and not just a statistic. Helped me with accommodations to service work and stuck to their word. Highly recommended for anything ranging from oil changes to car shopping. Great personnel. Love this this place!

I scheduled service got my car twice through their online reservation system. First time it offered to have the car picked up from my house. Then I a get a call 45 minutes before they are suppose to get the car and say that my service doesn t qualify for that option. I made another appointment for 5:45PM and then I received another phone call saying they cannot do it because there technicians leave at 6 but service is open until 7? Seems like I m trying to hard to get service at this place.

Had issue with electronics. IRA Lexus went over the entire car, including electronics, and after resetting computer, a test drive found car performing normally.

It was nice that the car was within warranty, so no charge and they washed the car before I left.

I would say it took longer (approx 2 hours) to do all the checks than I expected. But, comforting to know I shouldn t have an issue like this for awhile.

I live cars, and have a high tolerance for car dealers. This team is not a good one, and they engage in bait-and-switch tactics with a glibness that suggests the direction comes from then top. I have owned two Lexus vehicles, one an RX350 and the other an RX450h. I have had all maintenance done at IRA Lexus. In 2015, after my husband had a collision on 128, the vehicle was on their lot for a month, owing to parts delays. I did not blame them or complain, but I went to pick up the vehicle it's "check engine" light, among others, were on. It turns out they had a mouse problem in the deep snow, and all of my wiring had to be replaced. They were difficult to deal with at every step, and it was not until their legal team got involved that they took on the repairs, noting that it had happened to others that tough winter. A month ago, I took the same car in for an oil change. They returned it to me with the same "check engine" light, among others, on and then same "all writing must be replaced" song. My insurer declined to pay them, instead totaling the vehicle. During their work, I had a loaner. They asked me to come in and "update my form," which I did. Without disclosure, they converted the loaner -- while they had my vehicle -- to a $75/day rental. I would not not ever buy a vehicle from them or plan to rely on them for service. There can be no good outcome.

I had a appointment on 9/17/2019 at 10:15 for my 40,000 mi service. I got a rental so I could do a little shopping while my car was being serviced. I asked when I made the appointment and when I dropped the car off how long will it take? I was told 2 hour and they will text me when it is done. Well after 3 hours and not hearing from the service department I called. I was told that they just assumed that I would not pick up the car till the end of the day and they didn t put it in yet. Well even though I was told 2 hour, my 2 hours turned into 41/2 hours. My car was soaking wet and not vacuumed at all. I did not receive I service slip. I was told that they would send it to me.

The best sales person I ever dealt with her name is Ann Schlanger, very smooth process with her and got the car I wanted with no pressure. She is very patient and an angel of a person she makes sure all your needs for the car are done before you pick up your new car. Will recommend her 100%

Stopped by the dealership, test drove the used car that was listed and after some negotiation, with sales person and later manager, agreed to the final price which was lower than the sticker price... We shook hands and I thought it was done deal....5 minutes later manager shows up to tell us that he was unaware that car didn't go through "detailing" and he can not give me "unchecked" car because IRA "thrives" on costumer satisfaction!? Sound amazing, right? He tells me that he thought detailing was done and added that detailing cost money but it has be done, IRA rules, and if they find some issues with a car repair cost will be added to the car price. I told them I was ok with it but it made zero sense that they wanted to charge me more money for detailing which was suppose to be included in original sticker price???? ."All of their cars go through it before reaching the floor" I was told... Anyways, week later I call them back and they tell me that detailing was done, no repair were made except for some standard servicing, oil top-up and wiper replacement.... So I asked them if we are ok with our deal.I was told NO because car was detailed and serviced and they could not give me a deal we had because "new price" for a car is.....wait for it.... The same Original Price Tag that they had in the first place without a "detailing"!? Wow! Mind blowing....with this kind of logic I am happy to shop somewhere else...

Wed 9/11 7:30 am appointment for 75k maintenance . Greeter was friendly & brought me into a service consultant. Mark showed me the waiting room. Approximately at 8:45 am I received text on what was wrong & what was needed. Mark came to see me & we discussed. I shared my concern about pricing & he said he could take $100 off. I never understood why they don't tell you that up front. At 10:30 i went out to check on status of car. Usually the service consultant gives you updates. So at 11:10 I went back to service desk after being there for 3 hrs 40 mins. Car was ready. Mark was finishing a customer's paperwork so he gave me to the service consultant next to him needless to say no explanations on what was done just signed paperwork. I was quite frustrated. Since I bought my 2013 Lexus there I have always brought it there for service. This time was not a good experience.

The service here is really great; they're very helpful and make sure your concerns are heard and your questions are answered. They also have 2 techs that go through all the technology with you! I would definitely recommend coming here.

My Lexus RX 300 has had very few problems over the years since I bought it in 2005. Today, it still has great performance, is still dependable and has never had engine problems. It s an amazing car. Any time something did need attention, service was always available and the attention to detail was incomparable. Mark MacLean is the greatest!

Went in for an oil and filter change and got great service. Got a last minute service appt on a Saturday online. Service was excellent. Customer lounge is very nice with some snacks/drinks available. Fast wi-fi is available along with a number of TVs. Overall, very pleased with my experience at Ira Lexus of Danvers.

Very excellent service and friendly team to make our car buying process very smooth, professional, and welcome! Unlike our car dealers we visited, Ira Lexus here did NOT push or force selling anything to us which is great and very pleasant! The staff was able to deliver the car within one business day after purchase, despite a huge customers' visit on holidays. The pricing negotiation talk was very kind, and there is no hidden cost or fees. We love the transparency!

The check tire pressure indicator light was on. I brought my car in for a state inspection and to address the tire pressure indicator warning. I was told he checked the tire pressure, I asked why the light had gone on and they said it sometimes does with a slight temperature change . I paid my bill and left Halfway home, I noticed the tire pressure indicator light was still on. They didn t bother to reset the warning light. Annoying.

We purchased a Certified Pre Owned vehicle and paid around 3K extra since it s CPO and the car was brought to my home with terrible brake noise and noise issues.
We were promised scratches on rear bumper would be taken care and the paint job was horrible.
We really lost our trust on Certified Pre Owned vehicles.

This was my first time visiting the service department at this dealership. I was cordially greeted and I shared with the person that I was looking for a new mechanic and I'm new to the Lexus vehicle. Linda hooked me up with Mark and from then on I was kept up to date as to what they were doing with my car, besides doing the recall repair. Mark brought out the technician who worked on my car and the three of us had a nice talk. I'm a former Volvo owner, and although the Volvo dealership was good, Ira Lexus is a class act. My car was washed, vacuumed and it had a full tank of gas when I pulled out. I hope to make this my new place to service my Lexus.

We have been going to Ira Lexus Danvers for service and sales needs since 2012. Needless to say, Ira Lexus Danvers is always dependable and second to none when it comes down to service. We had our GX460 recently serviced by Ira Lexus Danvers after we discovered an issues with our transmission electronics. While this was a short notice, the dealer quickly booked an appointment and arranged a loaner vehicle so that my wife can go pick up the kids on time. I was disheartened to be told you charge $40 to rotate tires. I honestly feel that should be free with an oil change. It s an important thing to do and you should encourage people to do it. I feel you make good money when selling a car and that would encourage people to buy from you again.

I have been a customer at IRA Lexus for about 20 years now. When it comes to periodically servicing my car, I always bring it to the dealership. The people who work there have always been and are still now, flat out exceptional. I ve been paired with pretty much everyone of them but most often Mark McLean, and more recently over the past few years, Dennis Pellegrino. You simply will not find two more on the ball, more attentive, nicer guys.
