The buying process started for me three months before I actually purchased the car. I was already leasing a 2015 Lexus ES 350. My lease was up and Chuck from Ira Lexus in Danvers gave me a call 2 to 3 months before my lease was ending.

Chuck was very very easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and presented me with lease options. He even worked with me to negotiate cost and features over email and text. Chuck and his back office team were great to work with even when I wasn t the easiest to work with. I really appreciate the effort and time they put into making sure I was happy.

I ended up leasing a 2018 Lexus ES350. Couldn t be happier.
