I am always very pleased with their service. Even though the service is excellent, beware of them selling you a whole new a/c unit when you don't need one. They sold me one that is way larger than what my home requires & all of their units are custom designed by Jon Wayne so no other a/c repairman can work on them once the warranty runs out. Plus they over charge for the work they do so you are being forced to purchase the maintenance contract. I don't like being forced to use one company. If I buy a product from one company, I like the option of being able to have someone else work on it. It's called freedom of choice. But you don't have that freedom with this company.

Tom was on time and had a terrific service experience. He quickly identified the issue, outlined the options/cost/time for our decision. Finished the work quickly and saved our afternoon!

I have had my unit for eight years and every year John Wayne Air calls me for my yearly check up. This company is great , we have never had any problems . Thank y all for great service .

I had Jon Wayne install complete AC unit and blow in insulation last year. Wanted to get quote from them on stand alone backup generator. Like always the tech was friendly, responsive to our needs and professional.

Although the price was more than I wanted to spend I will slways give Jon Wayne first crack at work for me

I absolutely love Jon Wayne Services. Robert is amazing. We needed to completely upgrade our houses electrical wiring, he was great from the moment we meet him. He explained in detail what we needed and asked us what we would like. He meet with us numerous times before we decided to go with Jon Wayne and not once did he make it feel like we were a nuisance. We have had a lot of inconvenience none of which pertained to Jon Wayne but he was very patient and understanding. I have nothing but awe for them. Robert definitely goes above and beyond. I requested an appointment for an estimate on Thursday afternoon and had rep Matt at my doorstep at 9am the next morning. Matt was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to get us financed and installed all in that same day.

I called other companies who either didn't return my call or couldn't fit us in until the next week.

We may have been able to get a system for a little less elsewhere, but I highly doubt we would have gotten the same value in products or services.

Joseph did a very professionaljob, more wife and I were very satisfied.

I use John Wayne for all of the services they offer: PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HEATING & AIR! I have what they call a service agreement on all 3 services. That helps with price as it gives a 20% discount. With that said, I do not expect the lowest price but I do expect and I do receive the best service. Today, Jesus and Steve came into my home and replaced 3 toilets with quiet professionalism that I need to recognize because it is to easy to take them for granted! THANK YOU!

My dryer vent was blocked (I have had this issue before) and a family member recommended John Wayne. I am nothing but impressed. The scheduling agents found me a time less than 24 hours from my call and then called about an hour before the tech arrived to reconfirm. The tech, Richard, was respectful, efficient, and informative. He made sure to consult me at crucial steps and respected my requests for more or less information. The whole thing (consult and service) took less than 90 minutes. Price was about on par with other services. Very pleased.

John Wayne has spent time and energy on marketing their product. They answer the phone very up-beat. Ask how they can make you smile today.
But the 4 hour window of when the service person will arrive is a little debilitating. Then, after you sit 4 hours- he still may not make it.
Our service person was well trained in word and dialogue- but he changed our air flow, and we had to have him out 3 times
Just because you sound good- does not mean you are good. He made comments like the old way wasn t correct, and things could break. It lasted 20 years that way, and it was fine. I hope and pray that now he has changed things back- I hope things don t break.

The technician that serviced my unit today was extremely friendly, professional and thorough when evaluating my system. He took the time necessary to diagnose some lingering problems with this 10 year old system. Hopefully the repairs made today will increase the reliability of the system. When repairs were completed he made sure my Nest thermostat was set up properly (which it was) but by doing so actuated the NestPro features and warranty. I appreciate that attention to detail. The work took some time and phone calls to their Trane guru to get everything right but the system is back running and cooling. Thanks for a job well done.

The techs were able to find the exact problem of what was going on withy AC when I had another AC company come out twice and not tell me anything but the coolant levels were good. Found a company to stay with for life!

Brandon was so kind and very professional. He explained to me what was wrong with my AC before he did anything to it. Gave me a good discount for becoming a member of Jon Wayne. I was so worried I was going to be charged an outrageous amount for them coming out and fixing my AC but I was worried for nothing for that was not the case. I am so glad we became a member with them and know that in the future we will be taken care of if needed.

We've been using Jon Wayne for several years now. They show up when they say they will, they keep us informed on when the tech will arrive, their techs are always friendly and very knowledgeable. While I don't like to call them because it means that something has broken at my house, it's comforting to know that I don't have to spend time researching who I should use. I just pick up the phone at any time of day (or night) and someone will answer and schedule an appointment.

I just want to say THANK YOU to the TEAM at John Wayne. From the quote, to the tear down of our ENTIRE AC system to include ductwork to installing an ENTIRE new AC SYSTEM to include ductwork was OUTSTANDING!!!! To the electricians that ran power and to plumbers that installed our water softener to include the loop, because our house was not plumbed for it again OUTSTANDING work. Requested estimate for whole-house surge protector/suppressor. Technician/estimator was courteous, knowledgeable, & professional and provided me with inspection notes from recent external main-box replacement in conjunction with a solar upgrade. I didn't select Jon Wayne to perform the work yet, but still may. The initial cost estimate (they supply parts) for Surge Protector/Suppressor and corresponding 50--amp, 2-pole circuit breaker was too high. I will reach back out to them to discuss cost if I purchase the parts through Amazon, and they provide labor only.

Andrew was my service technician this morning. He was very detailed on checking why my ac was not cooling. He took the time to explain everything so that I was able to understand. The customer service given by him along with the staff that answered my calls for service appointment went above and beyond my expectations!

Jon Wayne always provides details and pictures of all services and has pictures/videos to maek everything perfectly clear. They explain your options in clear terms. Always friendly and professional.

Had Jeffrey come out to survey for a water system loop install. Jeff was awesome, explained all the factors, located all the water lines and discussed the job in depth. Super professional, truck, uniform, tools and knowledge. They aren't "cheap", but you get what you pay for.

John Tingley with John Wayne Service Company did an excellent job cleaning our vents today. He was very thorough and explained all payment options available. I recommend John Wayne and will continue to use them in the future.

Jim Wayne was referred to me by a friend and if you want honesty up front then these are your go to guys. I recommend them to everyone.

Carlo did a fantastic job with our service today. Our AC stopped working and he took time to explain what happened and educated us on how we can better maintain our system. The two guys that came over, Abel and Eron, were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have some issues with my 10 year old system and we patched it for now but Abel presented me with all sorts of options should I want to get my system up to speed.....no pressure to buy anything extra but he gave did give give 4 options to consider. Anyways...system is fixed and I'm satisfied. I'll stick with Jon Wayne

I want to compliment Andrew the sales professional that came to our house this morning to discuss replacing our AC unit. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in explaining our options. We didn t feel pressured and he patiently answered all our questions.

The serviceman who came was on time, clear on the service they were providing and was professional.

I was appreciative of his consideration of wearing a mask, and glad it seemed like common practice for the company.

Additionally, he gave tips about how I can do general upkeep, and gave me the details on the plans Jon Wayne provides in case something arises with the equipment.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the beast $$$$$ we had to go with a local independent contractor to off-set deductibles, etc. Yes, there were some compromises and we understand it but, it is what it is and that was what we could afford.

We had Brent come out for our yearly inspection of our AC system. Not only was he fast but he upgraded our thermostat to better suit my family s needs. The word MAYBE rather than a simple YES or NO should be part of the above question, "Did you use this business?" The reason I say this is because I prefer to not make quick decisions. I need to weigh all angles of the proposition before making any commitment! Matt, the sales agent gave me several options to consider before making a final decision. Jon Wayne does have several options ("bells and whistles") to choose from, so the customer has quite a range of options from which to decide. Therefore, a MAYBE would leave an opening before the final decision is made of a final YES or NO.
I enjoyed working with Matt. He is quite knowledgeable, and he answered my questions in a way the layman can understand.

We scheduled a sales appointment for a backup generator. We were scheduled more than a week in advance and we were told that we were his first stop of the day. The technician We scheduled between 8:00a.m. and 12:00p.m. on 03-10-2021. Our technician arrived at 12:30p.m. Your company sure does not live up to your On Time Guarantee!

Great experience from the first call to the rep (Jake Pettit) coming out to my home for an evaluation. Wasn't pressured to make a purchase. Very honest and upfront and felt I could trust him from the get go.
Still waiting for my unit to be installed so I will provide an updated review once I get it all set.

Contacted John Wayne s 24/7 service department by text message. Quick response and was able to schedule same day service. Technician was professional and polite, took the time to explain service options. We also learned they offer additional services such as plumbing and electrical so it s nice to know you can call for one stop shop!

This company overcharged me to install two water heaters in my home. Recently, one of the two water heaters started leaking and JW offered to replace the unit because it was under warranty. They wanted to charge me $2,550 for labor to replaced a failed water heater under warranty. I called a competitor and that are installing a new water heater with labor at 1/2 the cost of the labor? Do not use Jon Wayne for any of their services as that are too expensive.

Brandon and Cobey did an outstanding job! Explained everything about the condition of our unit and made honest recommendation. Will do business again in the future!

Called Jon Wayne for an AC diagnosis/repair. They came in the next day and completed everything. Jackie, the technician was very responsive and provide detailed information on the problems found. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Woke up at 3am to water coming from the ceiling and an a house warming up due to ac unit failure. Jon Wayne had someone on site in less than an hour problems solved. Water stopped ac fixed. Juan my technician was knowledgeable and professional he worked his behind off in the attic for several hours in the heat of the day I m very appreciative

I have used John Wayne for my Air Conditioning service and maintenance for many years. Lionel did a great job from start to finish...on time...friendly...answered my questions and explained the problem with my AC and what my options were. He did the repairs in the same visit my house is cool once more.

My first impression was great starting with my initial call. Technician came out today and he was very professional from start to finish. I was given detailed information I was not aware of and the service they provide has me in awe. I have been wronged by a previous technician well I believed he was until after I gave him $4500 of my hard earned money sadly he ran off with giving me a unit which broke in less than a year. So in today's visit with what Jon Wayne has provided me with has given Me peace of mind that I've chosen the right company. My wife called them to determine why our HVAC wasn't cooling down our bedroom like the rest of the house. He determined that the vents suck (nothing new to me) and then said the capacitor on the motor of our outside unit was going to go out within the week. So we get a quote for over $2k to replace a couple hundred dollar part or less. Yeah, no. I would rather take the $2k offer from Goettl to replace my whole HVAC than a half measure to keep me coming back.

Travis spent sufficient time checking the system and reporting his findings. I appreciated his tips on proper maintenance...he s a credit to Jon Wayne!

Tom Rodriguez was very polite and professional. I appreciated being given options to address my home cooling issues. I felt that the service was timely and reasonably priced.

I chose not to go with Jon Wayne Service Company. The free estimate given by the certified technician (sales rep) was laughable. It is easy to see this company services ignorant people that have made them arrogant and rich. Anyone who does a little research would know that they are installing $60 to $100 worth of equipment purchased at Lowes or Home Depot. Even at $100 per hour for labor with maybe an hour and a half of work the job should have been $250 to $400. When I was quoted $3200, $2400 and $1700 it was easy to see what this company's motto is, screw the uninformed. Do not fall for the surge protector "protection". Find a local electrician or do it yourself. The last place we lived my father, a retired maintenance man, installed for $35 in less than an hour. Unfortunately he is not able to do this job because of distance. However I plan on doing this job myself. God bless!

Every time I deal with John Wayne I feel like they re honest and professional. The guy that came today also came two years ago and I was happy to see it was him again. I will continue to use John Wayne . I just like the way they do business. Not trying to sell me something I don t need and giving me an honest assessment of my system . Great job

So far, all we've done is get an estimate on replacing our HVAC system. The lady that set the appointment was helpful, understanding, and pleasant to talk to. They had an appointment available the same day if we had been able to meet that day. We set the appointment for the following day, and they sent Matt who was professional, friendly, and patient. We haven't had any work done yet, but the products, packages / promotions, and financing options they offered look good. I also appreciate how they are willing to work with us to find the best options for us instead of just trying to make a sale we may not be happy with later. We look forward to working with them.

New to the area and with minimal resources, my wife and I needed some expedited electrical work. Calling at 10 pm I was able to make an appointment for the next day to have an estimate. Work started the day after and done within hours. Alejandro and his partner were very professional and respectful of the house mid move in. The electricians stayed masked and kept shoe covers on at all times for safety. Thanks to such a great experience with the electricians we called and scheduled a rather large plumbing project that we pushed priority on. The Jacob's came in for the water heater change out and were working in difficult conditions throughout the day. They did fantastic work and were upfront about any issues encountered. Every step of both appointments from initial contact, scheduling and execution were handled clearly and professionally. We are very pleased with Jon Wayne and gladly recommend them to anyone in the area.

John Wayne tech was able to quickly able to resolve my issue and explain the problem in great time. The tech was also very professional and kind while always maintaining the COVID precautions

Christopher came and was very professional. He was willing to answer all of my questions, unlike other plumbers, and teach me why things such as vacuum breakers and expansion tanks are necessary.

I did not use his services, but I did appreciate everything he did.

Feb 12: service call ...unit not heating. replaced heating coil. The connection was not done right and they cracked the drain pan when putting it in. This caused a leak that ruined the ceiling dripping for 3 months.

Service technicians also recommended other updates needed to the home such as electrical outlets, shut off valves in bathrooms, and a part for the hot water heater. I was charged $311 for the part but when the plumber returned to make the updates, he didn't put the part in the hot water heater. I began calling for an explanation or refund then. I was told they would check on it and get back to me. I called again 2 more times and they were still checking on it.

Feb May 6:service call to repair leak found that caused water damage on ceiling. Technician cleared drain pipe &cleaned up water but didn't fix leak. Scheduled painter to repair ceiling damage.

May 11: installed new drain pain and fixed connection that was leaking. This wasn't fixed on May 6th.

May13: construction crew came but could make repairs because attic/ceiling were still wet. They also made comments about previous technicians who had been out and not performed their jobs correctly made them unable to do their repairs.

May21: construction crew returned to repair water damage on ceiling. They did a GREAT job! We're just disappointed to have all this trouble on a unit that's barely 3 years old and that it took 7 visits to fix the problem.
I still have yet to get an explanation, refund, or part installed in the hot water heater. I feel that I have been taken advantage of because of my age and not knowing about plumbing, electrical, or AC work. They scared me into unnecessary repairs telling me that my home is not safe because it's not up to code. $2298 estimate for repairs that my son in law was able to do for $157.

Called at 8:30 am, told them what problem I was having Ang given a window between 2-6pm on same day!! Technician, Eron Arochi, was here aprox. 4 pm & didn't leave until 8 pm! He ad all the parts I needed on his truck, was very professional & personable, and we had our a\c going strong when he left!! He went beyond basic service as far as I am concerned!! Would recommend Jon Wayne to anyone at this time!!

Tom did a great job today, and also informed of things that needed to be done future wise, and helped me set up a plan. I appreciate it Tom.

Highly recommended, very professional and knowledgeable. It was time for my yearly AC inspection. Tech. found small things that could have been a bigger problem later and fixed it. Everything was covered with my extended warranty.

Noe came out for my scheduled maintenance appointment yesterday. I received a phone call prior to his arrival. He was prompt, very courteous, and professional for the entire visit. He worked very quickly yet was thorough in his work completed. Great experience yet again!

I haven t had the repair done yet, but Richard came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and walked me thru the whole process.

Technician arrived within appointment time window. We discussed details of the electrical and I showed him the affected outlet and the breaker box. He diagnosed the issue and quickly replaced the defective outlet. The repair took less than 30 minutes. He was polite and cordial.

Elpidio fixed my problem thank God, it was expensive and since they did the work the next morning I did not get credit for the service call fee. Not Elpidio s fault, Other than that I am very happy and would use them again, but have the work done the same day next time $29.00 is a lot of money to Lose.
