The word MAYBE rather than a simple YES or NO should be part of the above question, "Did you use this business?" The reason I say this is because I prefer to not make quick decisions. I need to weigh all angles of the proposition before making any commitment! Matt, the sales agent gave me several options to consider before making a final decision. Jon Wayne does have several options ("bells and whistles") to choose from, so the customer has quite a range of options from which to decide. Therefore, a MAYBE would leave an opening before the final decision is made of a final YES or NO.
I enjoyed working with Matt. He is quite knowledgeable, and he answered my questions in a way the layman can understand.
