The customer service/dispatcher side of the company was a 10/10 when it comes to support and information on when the technician would arrive. Our air conditioner was freezing over and we were unable to cool the home. Once Jonathan (field technician) showed up he had the issue resolved and the home cooling in less than an hour or so. The company was prompt and forward about what the issue was and he explained it to us in detail while he fixed the problem. I give John Wayne AC a 10/10 for sure across the board, especially with the fact that it is almost the middle of summer. The price was fair and honest and no tricks or gimmicks, our family appreciates the help and the future help if we need it.

Tony Ruiz was the technician who came to the house. He was very professional. He was very helpful and showed me everything he found that was wrong with my wiring. He went over all details of what I needed to have done to get my electric power back on. I need a new box and components. He went over all the different programs and discussed which would fit my needs the best. He was very good to work with. I would recommend Tony and your company to other people.

I had a sales representative come to my home to prepare an estimate for two new air conditioning units as mine are aging . He was polite and friendly. He stayed at my home for 2 hours taking measurements of rooms, doors and getting in the attic to take pictures of my current units as well as the compressors outside. I thought that was an excessive amount of time for an estimate. Shortly after he left, I noticed it was warm in the house and went to my upstairs thermostat and found it was turned off.
I left my home for a couple of hours to go to the gym and when I returned, it was 80 degrees downstairs. I went outside to discover my downstairs compressor wasn't working. I called for a technician and 2 arrived about an hour later. They discovered that a fuse had burned out and advised it was probably caused by their salesman's examination of my unit earlier that day.

Christopher was an excellent technician who went above and beyond to resolve our issues..very professional and very helpful...thank you..we highly recommend him.

We received an amazing proposal from Brian Swisher however the budget that we were trying to stay within was maxed out. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and was open to answering all my questions regarding the installation of an entire new air conditioning system.

We had a scheduled appointment and had waited 2 weeks then I had to call them on the day of our appointment because I never heard from them only to be told they were very busy and would call me sometime during the day. I asked them, you mean I have to be home all day waiting on a phone call instead of me using my day off running errands. Long story short they finally called after I waited 6 hours for them to tell me they had to reschedule due to alot of service calls. Really!!! What kind of company sets up an appointment then tells you sorry we have to cancel due to too many service calls. Do not use this company unless you want to told as a customer you don't count or your not worth us coming out to you.

Jonathan arrived at my home as scheduled to do a ac system inspection. I explained to him the issue that I was having with my air condition. He listen very carefully and explained what he would be doing. After he finished, he gave me a complete explanation on his findings. I was very satisfied on his review and how he explained it to me, luckily it was noting serious. He was very polite and professional. Good Service.

A bit slow on the timing of appointment. Was delayed a couple of times. On the other hand, the master electrician who came was efficient, focused, and cheerful. He explained everything he did and why. I was overall quite happy with the service. The price was about what I expected. I would use the service again.

Another great visit to repair our HVAC that was not appearing to work. Turned out to be a safety feature that was triggered that led to the shutoff.

Robert Romero was prompt and so courteous. He was very respectful of our stringent Covid-mitigation protocols within our home. Not only was he very accommodating, but he was very informative to help us see how we can prevent this issue from occurring again.

Moreover, he checked on our furnace to ensure he addressed any other issues we may have in the future. All around a great service call from Jon Wayne. Thank you for having your technicians serve with empathy and professionalism.

Received excellent service. Love having access to schedule 24/7. Had an a/c emergency late Saturday night and was able to speak to scheduler for an appointment! Will use again.

The service was awesome, they were respectful, able to explain what the problem was, showing how things work and what parts were needed. Was even able to tell me the many options they have to get the parts. My home is better then ever and not once did I ever feel like one of there customers but more like a long time friend. Very informative, reasonable prices, no unnecessary services or aggressive sales pitch.

I have been a returning customer with JW Since they installed our AC unit 4 years ago. We also replaced our water softener through them.
I did shop around but personally i liked their upfront pricing, their technical knowledge and prompt service.

I called in at 7pm and Jon Wayne was there by 8:30am the next morning. Brian listened to me as I explained the problem, within 5 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and 15 minutes later after replacing a dual capacitor, I had air conditioning again. Thank you for taking care of my family so quickly and professionally during these 100 degree days we are having.

Andrew Arcco came in and did a wonderful job. He was very professional at all times.

Our tech, Brian, was fast, on time, and truly knowledgeable of the system in our home. He found several issues with our system and corrected them on the spot, while he explained what he was doing during the inspection and maintenance process. He even cleaned up the mess that the past AC company made in our attic. Thumbs up on the service and technician!

Jon Wayne sent out Brent Christopher, who was awesome! He performed the service call and explained everything, taking the time to answer my many questions. My older home needed some work around solutions that fixed old problems and improved my hvac system in both performance and safety.

TLDR: perfect service call, will use Jon Wayne again.

Justin arrived on time. He was courteous and diligent as he performed the required testing for the AC and heating unit. He wore a mask for our protection and made sure his boots were clean when entering the house. He was well trained and knowledgeable. After testing the units he reviewed his findings with us.

The service representative was a very friendly, and highly profesional in doing his job. He explained to me every step he was undertaking. He did an outstanding job.

It took a while to get them to the house. They canceled my first appointment and were late to my second appointment, but the technician answered all my questions. I would have liked a checklist of everything examined but nothing was broken and he made good suggestions.

We had J Bernal come over to unclog the drain and he discovered that we had some broken pipes. He did an excellent job.

Needed a quick turnaround on this problem and Jon Wayne came to my rescue. Technician was courteous and thorough.

Technician was on time and did a great job giving our AC/Heating unit an annual inspection and cleaning.

Good experience. Carlo was very courteous and professional. He did a good job explaining the situation and rectifying the problem.

The technician, Richard, was prompt and was able to answer every question I posed. He was professional and helpful to take care of our needs with a downed AC. Each issue he diagnosed, he was able to fix with the equipment ready in his service vehicle. Regarding the COVID-19 issue, he wore a mask and gloves the entire time, as well as boot covers in the house. I recommend him and Jon Wayne Service. I don t have quotes or a value to which I can compare Jon Wayne s service. Otherwise, excellent.

Had a very sudden breakdown of my AC. Called Jon Wayne and they came out same day. It was a very serious issue that could have cost me a lot. What I liked about them was they offered me several options from very high to the bear minimum. I can appreciate when I company knows not everyone has $$$ to spend. The tech that helped me was fantastic and really walked us through the different options and made us feel comfortable. Hats off to Mr. Dylan Fisher. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, came to save the day! Thank you!!

The tech Juan was very nice but unfortunately I think we really overpaid but it too late now. Only needed a tune up. Called another ac company and the electrician and was told we shouldn't of needed the ac capacitor that we paid for. He recommended all these different things for a 4 year old AC unit. Oh well lesson learned. I dont want to give a 1 star bc the rech was very professional but he was also a salesman for the company. He even stated he didnt want to waste our time after I said no for everything he offered. I know its probably the training but holy moly. I am not working so spending money that I didnt need to really hurt. Again lesson learned.

I'm Roy. And I got to say we are very pleased with Brian's outstanding performance and professionalism.
He was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with our old unit and did a great job at making it run again.
He also explained what replacement unit would be most efficient for our home since the unit we currently have is very old.
We will definitely will be using Jon Wayne again in the future.

The Tech that came out to perform repairs on our electrical system was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to check every component on the system to make sure they were performing properly even after the initial repair was made.

James was very thorough in explaining every bit of the process No one wants to have to replace the air condition unit but I feel like we are in safe hands From start to finish/financing everything worked out perfectly

Jon Wayne did us right! We had another company try to replace our air ducts and they worked for three days and we were told that they were only half way complete. We knew this was a mistake and called Jon Wayne. Josh Estrada, our service rep, came out to the house and conducted a thorough inspection of our attic space. He detailed what needed to be done and what work the other company promised to do was unnecessary. We set up an appointment and the entire air duct system with six new vents installed in bathrooms and a new addition to our house was completed in one day. And even with extra vents and associated duct work the price was very comparable to what the other company quoted us. We should have called Jon Wayne first and it would have saved us a lot of stress and headaches. I highly recommend Jon Wayne,

We had a much better experience with this company the second time around. Service tech Robert was great and replaced a faulty GVCI outdoor outlet in about 30 minutes. The company at least honors there warranty and we were not charged. My original complaint still stands we paid $445 to do the same job 6 months ago with just an added light switch replaced. They never justified this cost to us.

I've been part of their rescue club for 3 years so they come and do routine checks to make sure everything works properly. I've never had less than excellent customer service. The people who schedule the appointments have this infectious enthusiasm that can't help but make you smile (I mean that's literally their goal when they answer the phone). Every HVAC tech, electrician, and plumber that has come to my house has surprised me with their genuine smiles, politeness, and willingness to chat with me about my cat or baby or whatever topic I'm on that day. It's one thing to have knowledge and skills, but it's extra special to be able to make people feel comfortable. Special shout out to Tom because I never write reviews but I am today because he asked so nicely in the genuine interest of personal improvement. You're wonderful and kind, don't change a thing.

Today was the second time we requested/received this service. The service advisor, James Quandt, was courteous, polite and professional. He provided explanations on each task prior to starting the work; that was courtesy and professional. That action eliminated questions we would have asked. Called requesting service approximately 9 AM, they were here before noon! Tech did a thorough check of all heating/air conditioning units. Gave a thorough inspection, provided report all done in less than 2 hours. Fast, efficient, couldn't ask for more.

Always arrive early in the availability window and punctual after receiving the notification of arrival call. Service personnel always friendly and very professional.

I had three people come out to my house over a matter of two days to help fix our AC. Our coil had a leak and we were completely out of coolant. Jon Wayne booked us ASAP for the inspection and the repair. Everything was solved in a matter of days. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was kind, organized, and knowledgeable. Marcus came the first day and was professional, intelligent, kind and great at explaining what the situation was. We had no idea that the part was under warranty but he went out of his way to find out to save us money. Then, Matthew and Rylon came to replace the coil and they were punctual, professional, clean and respectful. 100% recommend them, everyone we encountered was exceptional at their job. We signed up for their safety plan which ended up saving us a lot of money because of the discount that came with it. Glad to have such reliable people to help us out!

Jon Wayne has serviced me twice during the Covid-19 period--one for a warranty replacement water-heater and also for a AC thermostat replacement. Both services visits were as professional and effective as service at other times; I've been a JW customer for nearly ten-years. Both the replaced thermostat and the water-heater were on the edge of their warranty-expirations. Both the plumbing shop and Leonard/AC were effective, efficient and properly-masked and behaved in this time of viral defensive relations.

Called Late on a Monday and they dispatched Kevin who fixed the problem quickly...I'm 77 and have COPD and really appreciated the quality care and quick response time

Man o' man. Where do I start? Got a knock at the door and realize Jon Wayne was here for maintenance on my A/C. Travis presented himself casually but professionally. Informed me what he was here for, what work he was going to do and so on. Don't know what it was about this young man, but, his demeanor, his attitude, and his love for the Company was overwhelming. Travis if you read this please know that Jon Wayne should be proud to have you, you truly are a Class Act.

We had a small hiccup at the start with our service plan but after they got a hold of us by phone everything was resolved fast and professionally.

James was very professional. He took an inventory of what NEEDED to be done at a fair cost. The one thing that stood out for me was, never once did he try to push a new unit on me. My Air Tron technician had told me the repair I needed on my AC was going to cost $700-800. I got a 2nd opinion with Jon Wayne and Brian told me it would only be about $300. I appreciate that they didn't try to cheat me out of a lot of money. We will definitely be using them for the repair when we get our tax return.
