Thank you so much for your quick response. Mr. Carlson was very professional and courteous. Your work order presented to us was very impressive along with the warranty, etc.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the beast $$$$$ we had to go with a local independent contractor to off-set deductibles, etc. Yes, there were some compromises and we understand it but, it is what it is and that was what we could afford.
