Carlo did a fantastic job with our service today. Our AC stopped working and he took time to explain what happened and educated us on how we can better maintain our system. After a few not so great experiences with the company, we were impressed with Carlo s knowledge and professionalism. We were ready to cancel our rescue club membership but because of his service, we will re-enroll. I hope Jon Wayne acknowledges Carlo s expertise and going the extra mile for customers . Kudos to him! Thank you Carlo for great service!
