So far, all we've done is get an estimate on replacing our HVAC system. The lady that set the appointment was helpful, understanding, and pleasant to talk to. They had an appointment available the same day if we had been able to meet that day. We set the appointment for the following day, and they sent Matt who was professional, friendly, and patient. We haven't had any work done yet, but the products, packages / promotions, and financing options they offered look good. I also appreciate how they are willing to work with us to find the best options for us instead of just trying to make a sale we may not be happy with later. We look forward to working with them.
