Brandon was so kind and very professional. He explained to me what was wrong with my AC before he did anything to it. Gave me a good discount for becoming a member of Jon Wayne. I was so worried I was going to be charged an outrageous amount for them coming out and fixing my AC but I was worried for nothing for that was not the case. I am so glad we became a member with them and know that in the future we will be taken care of if needed.
