The technician that serviced my unit today was extremely friendly, professional and thorough when evaluating my system. He took the time necessary to diagnose some lingering problems with this 10 year old system. Hopefully the repairs made today will increase the reliability of the system. When repairs were completed he made sure my Nest thermostat was set up properly (which it was) but by doing so actuated the NestPro features and warranty. I appreciate that attention to detail. The work took some time and phone calls to their Trane guru to get everything right but the system is back running and cooling. Thanks for a job well done.
